The host was awesome - not good - awesome. He was very responsive and helped get us up to speed. The location in Tiberias was good and the partially obstructed view was good (not as good as the other place we rented for another family)
It wasn't really a penthouse and definitely didn't have the best view. Instructions were a bit late in coming and the condition of the condo was a bit lacking. Someone parked in our spot for a couple days but the host compensated by letting us park in another spot (he was great). Overall, I'd recommend the building but would recommend finding a different condo in the building that is in better condition and with a better view if possible.

Was a stunning apartment, and much bigger then expected, and the host gave us amazing service!!!

The size of the lounge area and the balcony overlooking the Sea of Galilee.
It took a lot of time to find the apartment block and the place to park because we arrived at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spartan. All they need are some basic facilities and those rooms will be a lot more attractive.
It was not easy to communicate with the agent because of his limited English

The view from the balcony was exceptional
The overhead showers didn't work and the chrome on the en suite and bathroom taps was peeling off. TV didn't work in the lounge.

they are charging a fortune for a cleaning fee and the balcony was very dirty. and the whole apartment wasn't so clean.
also the parking wasn't available for me. i also requisted a baby chair and crib and didnt get it

Liked the size of the apartment, multiple rooms, big terrace and a nice view.
Unfortunately, it is managed by YalaRent, and you will be saturated with messages coming from various WhatsApp accounts about providing passport to check in online etc. Even after you did it. Even after you answered multiple times. And then they will harass you with the requests for a review.

It would have been preferable if Nir could have met us at the appartment. we mixed up 2 buildings. However, once we realized that, it was easier to sort out the key etc. The email to introduce us how to get into flat was a new concept. There was a problem with the shower in the family bathroom which we reported. The appartment was excellent, location excellent. We would definitely rent it again.

First able the apartment is beautiful and clean and has a stunning view but most of all is the staff that made sure that everything I requested was there perfectly on place to the last detail. Thanks a lot it was an amazing weekend and amazing experience to deal with you guys.

The place was really beautiful comfortable and clean as seen on pics!
The porch was way smaller and didn't have the same view as i saw on line when I did the booking
In the morning they were cleaning the parking lotwith a very very noisy machine for quite long I couldn't enjoy my morning with all that noise!

the view is amazing! that balcony is the best thing about the apartment!
the walls are a bit dirty definitely needs repainting already, the bathrooms aren’t so well kept either and needs some shelves too. also it wasn’t cleaned so well because there was some kind of smell I can’t explain but just didn’t feel so clean but the owner told me the previous renters were very messy and it was difficult for them to clean the place…

The view is absolutely stunning, the appartment is spacious and clean.
There’s no equipment on the huge terrasse apart from a table and chairs. A few sunbeds, umbrellas, some kind of shades would have been nice

The view!!! The apartment was modern and very VERY spacious. We hung out on the HUGE balcony everytime we got home.
Need more explanation where to park if the parking spaces are taken.
