Everything was nice and tidy and the staff was very helpful

There was no drain Hood cover in the shower just a hole in the floor and the TV didn't work in the room something I only found out at three in the morning The lighting situation in the room was pretty bad

I wasn't sure what to expect because the reviews were very mixed! But this was a nice, clean-looking small room with comfortable sheets and everything I needed for my three-day stay. There were two bedside lamps, which was nice, because most places skimp on lamps, which is ridiculous. Water pressure was excellent, the shower was really nice, and there was always plenty of hot water. I was pleasantly surprised because some of the reviews had mentioned problems. Blackout curtains were very effective at keeping out light and the room was very quiet. Location is just steps from everything downtown and a few minutes from the boardwalk and waterfront attractions.

There was a very faint but perceptible smell of urine in the room (oddly enough, just outside the bathroom). WiFi was generally good, but cut out in the middle of a Zoom I was hosting from my room, which was disappointing to say the least. The room was very small, meaning it's fine for one person but might be a little squishy for 2.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the waterfront. We received friendly service from the manager and enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, so we had road noise when we opened the window, but since the room has an aircon, we just kept the window closed.

Really friendly staff and a free room upgrade

The hotel is modern and comfortable. It is well maintained, and some renovation works are taking place. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the central bus station.

I had an interconnected room and I could hear everything that was going on in the room, since there was zero insulation around the door. Same thing with the noise in the corridor, my room was next to the elevator and I could hear everyone outside. This is a major negative point, and not expected in a hotel of this quality.

The Manager Rachel was very helpful and resourceful. Helped us find our way around and even booked taxi communicating to taxi driver on behalf as we do not speak the language. Need to check the booking platform regarding the selection of guests per room, seems the selection may not have been captured properly.

Lovely large bathroom and comfortable bed, great location, free parking nearby. What we booked online wasn't available so they upgraded us to the next room size up. It was still quite small but only because the bed was so large so it only fit one bedside table.

We couldn't find the air conditioning remote anywhere in the room and it was warm and late but thankfully the temperature dropped as the night went on as it was spring.

The quality of the services far exceeded our expectations. TBH, here we did not feel like guests in a hotel, but as if we were staying with friends. The owner /manager of the hotel was beyond welcoming. We made friends with them. We chatted over coffee. We had breakfast together. We connected with other guests. This was one of the best hospitality experiences of any hotel, anywhere.

The hotel staff is amazing. Super friendly and eager to help you with all your needs. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is good and the breakfast is also good. Space is enough for 1 or 2 nights.

Bathroom was smelling bad, people doesnt speak english I asked 1 day to dont clean as I just arrived but the personel didnt clean even the second day. Price is too high for so poor service.

The room was from the road side and the window is no isolated at all. A lot of noise that was hard to sleep at night. I will definitely not suggest to stay at a road side room if you are light sleeper.
