مرونة ولباقة الموظفين سواء الامن في الدخول او موظفين او موظفات الاستقبال

حجزي كان يومين مع شرفه ، أعطوني اليوم الاول بدون شرفه واليوم الثاني بشرفه ، مع العلم ان حجزي في اليومين كلها كان بشرفه . اتمنى تعويضي في الاقامه القادمه والاهتمام في هذا الجانب ولكم كل الاحترام والتقدير .

المكان جيد وجميل جدا ولاكن الافطار يحتاج الى قليل من الاهتمام من ناحية التسخين والطعم

كان هناك خلل في التكييف وتم حله ولاكن مازال غير جيد

The warm welcome! The attention to detail and if we are being comfortable! It was superb! Front desk staff are all friendly and the manger was making sure that everything was up to the standards! House keeping gave us all we needed i just i remembered the names!

The room was large and clean, there were international TV channels. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Centrally located, easy to walk around downtown.

The pool and the rooftop bar is excellent with view of Aqaba and the sea. Free bus shuttle to Berenice beach stops in front of the hotel.

Location and staff! Amazing

We stayed in floor 4 which is for smokers and the AC was capturing all the smoke from other rooms into ours. Really unpleasant experience

Location is very central. Desk staff very polite. Doormen were excellent arranging taxis and carrying luggage etc and very helpfull on where to go and what to see whuile in Aqaba

Spa was closed and this was not communicated on website or during booking confirmation.

Very spacious and welcoming. The staff were very hospitable and dealt with our luggage for our flight even though our flight was several hours after we had stayed the night there. The facilities were great: including the gym, pool, and snooker room. The breakfast buffet was also superb.

The gym facilities whilst good were slightly limited and it was inconvenient that the snooker room/bar wasn’t open in the morning.

Room, breakfast, sitting areas inside as well as on the roof (we did not use the pool) were very good! The only thing was that the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit too strong for the drainage to cope with. But once you put the pressure down, it all works perfectly well. Apart from that all was great.

المكان والموقع رائعان وسهل الوصول له حيث أنه قريب من السوق ومن الشاطئ والعاملين فيه مميزون

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres très confortable et le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner comme le dîner à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la piscine est agréable, particulièrement appréciée par la chaleur d'Aqaba

للأسف دايمآ بنزل ع دبل تري وكان ممتاز معاملة بس للأسف هاي المرة كان بيخزي تعامل ومافي إهتمام ولا اسلوب من رسبشن ولا سكيورتي شي واحد كان منيح بس النظافه فقط كانت رحلة سيئ

The only thing that I did not like was the internal air conditioning of the rooms, as it was cold during the night and in the winter time, even though during the day it was heating, which is something that I cannot accept as a guest in a five-star hotel. Another minor note is the cleanliness of the external glass facade, as it needs more attention. Finally, I have a proposal since the hotel is currently under maintenance and development work ... take into consideration the possibility of creating a heated pool. Overall, the experience deserves a 8 star score ranking.

We were overcharged by the bar that add several beers to one of our friends room.
