Žádala jsem o dřívejší check-in, telefonicky mi bylo hned potvrzeno a pokoj byl perfektně připraven. Ochota a vstřícnost u plaveckého bazénu a sauny naprosto výjimečná. Vzhledem ke krátkému pobytu jsem nevyužila všechny zařízení hotelu, musím přijet na delší dobu. Fotografie města i interiéru hotelu zašlu dodatečně.

Je to možná směšné, ale u snídaně by mohly být talířky většího průměru, jedno sázené vejce a pečivo stávající talířek zcela zaplní.

Ein luxuriöses Hotel , einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Betten waren traumhaft, tolle Matratzen und gute Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Leider ist die Seilbahn runter in die Stadt in der Zeit als wir da waren nicht gefahren. Sodass es recht anstrengend war von unten hochzulaufen. Runter war kein Problem und ein Bus fuhr auch immer.

Das Zimmer war super. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gute Aussicht.

Das Personal war schrecklich. Unhöflich und arrogant. Beim Frühstück haben sich die Mitarbeiterinnen darüber aufgeregt wenn ein Tisch nicht sauber verlassen wurde. Es wurde in tschechisch über die Besucher gelästert ohne das sich das Personal darüber Gedanken gemacht hat ob man vielleicht tschechisch spricht. An der Rezeption wurde sofort englisch gesprochen ohne zu fragen welche Sprache man überhaupt versteht. In meinem Fall ist es tschechisch aber selbst wenn ich das zu verstehen gegeben habe wurde weiter englisch gesprochen. Der Pool Bereich sieht aus wie in einem alten Sanatorium. Wasser war sehr kalt. Unüblich für einen Thermen Urlaub.

Die Halbpension war perfekt. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde auch ständig nachgefüllt. Großes Lob an die Küche.

It was a beautiful outlook over Karlovy Vary. Staff pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great.

Would have preferred an iron in room to be able to press clothes.

very good location, very green area around, very good breakfast (not much variety if you stay for a longer period, but still very tasty). Breakfast Buffet in the evening had lots of various food and we had different dishes every day. Nice procedures, staff was mostly friendly (with some exceptions). Nice bar and nice cafe in the hotel. So overall we enjoyed our stay there.

-No air conditioning, in the summer there is no air in the rooms. Not advised to open windows at night as the bats fly in (we had our window open and it happened to us). Only one mosquito net, and not in every room... The hotel must do smth about it, honestly it is not nice to have a vacation when you constantly sweat and do not have any air unless you have your door constantly open to the hallway, which I noticed a lot of guests do... and this is in a 5 star hotel... -Parking 15 eur a day , whereas we saw the cheaper underground parking nearby, but at that point we already paid upfront for 10 nights. Also we anyway had to shift our car from the parking due to some work and we still paid 15 eur a day. -SPA area is nice but renovation is for sure required -in the bathroom was no air circulation.
