Great spot. Sea front. Lovely modern rooms. Beautiful king-size bed. TV. Spacious bathroom. Tea/coffee. Electric fan. Breakfast was lovely with a waiting service too!! Very good value for money!! We'll be back!!

We were with friends, of which we ideally would have liked a twin room. But saying that we managed perfectly well, because the bed was huge!! Which is unusual for Llandudno hotels. And can you please tell the seagulls to keep quiet until at least 9 am as people are sleeping 😴💤🙄

The room we had was a good size although friends that were with us had smaller rooms. The room was clean and well equipped, nice bathroom with shower cubicle, but although the shower was very powerful, the water temperature was erratic, couldn't get it to stay hot. Good location for the theatre and the pier etc. Breakfast was very good, plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and eggs. Good value, would use again.

The property is more than what you’d expect for a budget hotel on the sea front. Property was really clean, room was lovely and staff were so friendly. The continental breakfast was lovely as well. Definitely worth a stay here

Mattress was awful, lumpy and soft, in 2 of the three rooms. Also got bitten to death in one room, either bed bugs or fleas. No hot water at all for shower the one morning. The shower doors did not close properly with one inch gap so bathroom flooded.

Basement room with bars on the window - serious fire safety risk! Room had a strong smelt of mould - damp and water damage visible in ceiling. Shower head fixed in a position that flooded the bathroom - room flooded throughout stay. Bath drainage faulty - bath filled with water whilst using the shower. TV broken - staff unable to rectify Bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever laid on - resulting in a poor nights sleep despite complaining to staff - I was not offered an alternative room they only tried to fix the tv by placing new batteries in the remote control very poor customer care!!!!

Good friendly staff, clean, good location fair price

Too much of big curtain for a small windom when a simple blind would do. No Wi-Fi in the room. Door key was difficult.

Shower head wasn't fitted properly bedroom was exceptionally small room was scruffy needs a full refurbishment... But i suppose for the price paid it was reasonable would not return though

Location, friendly staff and the value for money.

The curtains in the room stuck out and was hard to get past them.

The bathroom within my room had a couple of broken tiles on the floor that were a littlie loose. The door to the room, the latch was loose, looks like a screw was missing. I did report this to the Lady on reception upon checking out.
