We liked that we had a bed, that’s pretty mich it.

I did not like the limited parking around the hotel. Everything was full. We had to walk quite far to the car. The hotelroom was super weird and felt like you are in a mental facility. Everything was very old. In the morning, we had a fire alarm at around 8 o’clock. It wakes you up I can say. Breakfast was very very limited and it was like they couldn’t keep up with the tiny buffet.

Noisy bed and dirty floor and a very tight room

It had everything we needed and breakfast was a great choice. We got a huge welcome even though it was late at night arrival from the airport. The room was cosy and my daughter loved the top bunk. The room is a good size and there is a TV with mix of channels of different languages. It is quiet even though beside busy roads. I highly recommend to anyone.

While easy to get to by bus in day from airport the taxi was extremely expensive especially late at night far more than what we expected so try public transport.

One of the more reasonably priced in the area. Fine for one night I guess but not if you have family with you.

Room was way too small for 3 people. Couldn't even open my suitcase. Also shower is clear glass in the open room and so my son could see me in the shower from his bunk bed. Frosted glass around the middle part did not help

they do not have a luggage storage. you will have to go to ibis which is next door to store your luggage. Shower room was right next to the bed. can only go alone or with a partner. if you plan to rent a room with your friends, might be awkward to shower.

we arrived at the hotel in Luxembourg around 11:30 PM. We tried to check in with Ferdinand. At first, he told us that it was too late - apparently a joke which was not that funny at such a late hour. After checking in we checked the room and there were black hairs all over the blankets and pillows. So we headed back downstairs to the reception. When we approached him and said that we had a problem he directly interrupted us and told us that there were no other rooms available as the hotel would be fully booked (as we found out today, this was a lie!). Nonetheless, we explained the problem and he sighed and went to the elevator with us. We drove up to the 6th floor (our room was no 609) and he showed us the laundry room. Meanwhile, he told us that he personally would NEVER choose a two stars hotel and basically told us that it was our own fault. Additionally, he said that he wouldn’t be the housekeeping and didn’t feel responsible for anything. Most of the time he seemed angry and annoyed.

I liked, it was good and enough to me and my family. The breakfast was ok and check out really fast. We had no problems and the desk was nice with us.

Room was normal and high tech, but high tech for 80s.

Breakfast could be better, no choice and nothing really tasty - even bakery.

WiFi connection was ridiculous for me , most of the time it wasn’t connecting. The Reception staff was not able sort this out. Neither he has more idea to fix it out nor any other staff available to attend this.

We paid nearly €100 for room which was so tiny claustrophobic. We had the sink next to the bed inside the room and the shower too. There was no bathroom everything it's inside the room next to the bed 🤣
