Hot Spring in 1/F really lovely and in traditional style. The rooftop Hot spring with good starry sky at nighttime and wide blue sky in daytime. The Wing’s Hot spring is like a hotel clubhouse, modern design, clean and neat. We were just on time to see the Winter’s fireworks at the courtyard and it’s really fulfilling to watch. The staff will provide warm coat and slippers for guests which is a very warm experience.

The air conditioning system are too hot for us. We were sweating while eating in buffet. If you need to check-in at a peak period, there may not have enough potters to help bringing luggage. Car park is quite remote.

Porter knows that we can’t speak Japanese seems reluctant to do his job, and tell us to carry luggage by our own. Breakfast time too short, and again, bias against non-Japanese people. I saw some Japanese tourist already miss the breakfast time, but the restaurant reception still let them in, but when we get there, we are not allowed to get in. Disappointed.

Location, had in-house museum and the onsen was very spacious. The special dinner was superb.

The cleanliness was not great. Room was too small.

The food breakfast and dinner was always very tasty and the amount of choices was awesome. Especially the Sushi was excellent. It was also nice that Chinese food and continental food options were offered.

It is not the hotels fault but the public transport from and to Kushiro is very rare. Especially in winter.

Onsen

Buffet food was awful

Amazing onsen!! The experience, more than once a day, is worth it. Great location.

The buffet hall, quite large , busy and noisy.

From the two amazing and distinct onsen, to the delicious food, the sizeable room, the great views, and the helpful staff everything about this placed was spectacular! My friends and I loved that the onsen switched in the evening so we could get use of both during our stay. The room was amazing and had a breathtaking view of the lake.
