この値段で？！ってくらい部屋が綺麗やった！！

The breakfast staff were very cordial and professional. It made for a pleasant experience every day. Desk staff were also friendly and helpful. Great view of Nakajimakoen from our room.

My first criticism has to do with WiFi. In today’s environment any hotel that has aspirations of excellence simply cannot get away with offering their valued clients totally unsecured, public WiFi with just an SSID and no password. That is an invitation to cyber crime and any guest using this is totally exposed to bad actors. Further, the management may not realize this, but most newer Apple devices make it next to impossible to connect to an unsecured network even if you were willing to take the risk. There is only one suitable solution for this problem - update the network to offer WiFi with password so guests get to access a secured connection using proper encryption protocols. As for me I had to pay extra on my cell plan for additional roaming data as the public WiFi was unusable. Second criticism - I had a premier twin room on the 23rd floor. It might have been “premier’ 10 years ago, but it showed its wear and tear. The hallway carpeting on that floor is quite worn. You can see how it was in corners that aren’t walked on, but most areas have the pattern completely gone along with some fraying seams and various stains. The room itself was OK, but again it showed some aging. There was an obvious stain on a sofa cushion that perhaps just won’t come out. The bottom portion of the bathroom mirror frame had a lot of the stain missing from repeated wash-downs, I assume. I would say it’s due for a refresh overall.

좀 연식이 느껴지는 룸이지만 청결하게 관리되어 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 아침산책하기 좋은 나카지마 공원이 바로 옆에 위치합니다. 도보 가까운 거리에 지하철 역 있어서 오도리 공원이나 스스키노 번화가로 이동하기 편리합니다.

館内説明書等の文字が小さく読みずら眼鏡が置いて有れば思います。

This hotel is the perfect spot to enjoy a winter wonderland! The park Nakajimabehind park behind it is a destination on its own and playing in the snow each day made this trip the most memorable for our family. We booked a family room and was surprised that our room was actually two rooms and one bathroom, the toiletries were spa level, and the bed was firm but comfortable, the view was amazing, and the staff were the friendliest people ever! The breakfast each morning had us full most the day with juices, meats, fruits, soups breads and pastries it was a feast each day. In the afternoon from 12-7 there is a free drink bar (including wine) in the lounge and in the evening from 5-7 there is free broth soup and a pianist playing relaxing jaz style music for guests yo enjoy. The free snow you rentals were a hit with the kids who enjoyed sledding down the hills at the park directly behind the hotel. Also the subway line took us right to the park entrance and was a very short walk to the hotel.

No laundry facilities, but you can pay to have your clothes washed. No dryer either for wet snowy clothes so we had yo use a blow dryer and hand things up on the bathtub line in the bathroom.

De ligging aan de rand van Nakajima park was heerlijk. Verder metrostations dichtbij en enkele convenience stores. We hadden prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 20ste verdieping. Het personeel was erg hulpvaardig en servicegericht.

We hebben veel zon gehad. De kamer was wat warm, we kregen hem niet goed gekoeld.

Short walk from Susukino. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Close to a nice park. Bed and bathroom were clean. Overall not costly at all for a clean bed and bathroom in a relatively practical location.

This seems like it was once a really nice upscale hotel that has just kind of been left to itself for too long. Could go for a nice makeover. Such a big hotel could spare some room to offer laundry service to its clients.

Convenient location yet quiet. Standard rooms are of adequate size. Front desk staff is very helpful, friendly and professional.

Staff were responsive and helpful. Staff helped to fix the fridge that was not working. Although he could not fix it immediately, the fridge was fixed the next day.

We were not able to use the fridge in the room as the fridge was not working. Hotel should check that all their appliances and equipment in the room are working properly.

Rooms were nice and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a good amount of choice.

A classic 4-star hotel with all basic services and facilities. Higher floors get a great city view.

The interior layout of the room is a bit weird. The room size is larger than normal japenese hotels but the weird layout makes it feel smaller and not very user-friendly. The facilities inside the room are quite old-fashioned, yet clean and tidy. So no complaint.
