Overall location. Close to train station to be able to travel from here to there.

Felt room was a little small then what we are use to. Unable to unpack large luggage comfortably.

駅近、設備充実、バイキングがおいしい、リーズナブル。また泊まりたいと思いました。

窓からの眺めはビル壁面で今一つ。 でも元の部屋よりグレードアップいただいたので、不満と言うほどではないです。

位置很靠近JR站，搭火车去千岁机场，拖着行李也只是走很小段路罢了，很值得入住

房间空间有点小

Nice large lobby area for relaxing. Clean bathing and restrooms. Nice friendly staff who were able to communicate in english which helped alot.

All the trash was labeled as burnable and was unable to to properly tell where to toss certain trash articles.

It was a smooth check in to our room despite it was late at about 8pm. The room is comfy for our family of 4 (Triple corner room) and the location is just very convenient! It is only less than 5 mins walk to Sapporo Station and nearby the hotel can find family mart, lawson, 7-eleven & some restaurants too! Would love to come again in future! thank you and keep it up!

Location was excellent, the rooms were clean, well furnished and quite comfortable, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a varied breakfast buffet. We felt welcome.

The Queen room we booked was extremely small - really too small for two people to occupy comfortably. The Twin room we had booked for our son was far larger, so in the end my husband ended up sharing that room.

The ambience and nearby to Sapporo Station

1. Walking distance to airport bus (600m) however the street can be tricky with ice / snow in winter season. 2. Close to small supermarrket for your quick groceries, shopping malls Daimaru etc . 3. Quite many selections for breakfast with spacious restaurant. 4. Has window to outside to see snow falling.

1. Breakfast menu is the same everyday, and less appetizing for children. 2. Limited restaurants within 300m but above that you can find many options.

Place is near by Station and shopping Mall.

因為第二天行程安排搭JR前往旭川，飯店地點靠近車站北口相當方便，自助早餐選項也相當豐富。這次訂的【好萊塢雙床間】床鋪大小，二大一小(7Y)睡起來很舒適。

Location. My primary criteria for choosing a hotel and this property is perfectly located.

Very clean and helpful staff that speak English

The hotel is located very near the train station and the university. I can say that the breakfast at the hotel is one of the best, if not the best in Japan. It serves specialty dishes that highlights the Hokkaido produce. The room is spacious enough and clean.

The staff was very kind and the hotel was very clean. Extremely convenient location in short distance from Sapporo Station.

Everything was great! They are very patient with my poor language skills.

Excellent location. We wanted a hotel that was walking distance to the train station as we were traveling to Otaru after Sapporo. It was also fairly near Odori Park. Hotel was clean and there was a laundry room on the 5th floor. It has a very nice bathroom.

The laundry room had only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. I went one night bout 9pm to do laundry and all the machines were being used and guests were queuing up. By the time I did my laundry, it was slightly past midnight.

Very close to Sapporo station, walking distance to shopping district area, restaurants, convenience stores and odori park .

The hotel staffs at the front desk are very polite and very helpful, they keep the room clean and tidy. Very satisfying services.
