Příjemné prostředí, ochotný personál, dopravní dostupnost.

Postele rozvrzané. V koupelně nefunkční ventilátor, zámek na dveřích do koupelny nefungoval. Na pokoji ventilátor který by bylo lepší vyměnit za klimatizaci.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Durch die Nähe zu der Haltestelle (Bahnhof Smichov) ist man gut in alle Richtungen in Prag unterwegs. Guter Kaffee beim Frühstück. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung für 9 Euro pro Nacht, allerdings ist der Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite, ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Dafür steht das Auto sicher hinter einer Schranke. Die Fahrräder (E-Bikes) konnten wir im Keller einschließen. Wer rustikales Essen mag ist im angeschlossenen Restaurant gut aufgehoben. Ist Geschmacksache. Prima tschechisches Bier.

Die Pension ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war alles sauber, aber auch alles sehr einfach und schlicht und rustikal. Es wird versucht die Zimmer modern zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls einfach gehalten.

It's connectivity with the central prague. The staff was very friendly.

Due to the absence of ventilation, there was a smell of stale moisture throughout the building, and toilets were smelly too. There was no fan, no ventilation in the room, and it was not possible to sleep without opening of windows. Unfortunately, the opening of windows comes with the cost of a lot of traffic noise.

the accommodation is easy to find and in an excellent location (RIGHT next to metro and tram), staff was very helpful, there's a restaurant downstairs which is super convenient - we did not end up using but it looked very nice.

Not much spacious

Easy to achieve, there is a metro and bus stop nearby there. (But we were walking to there hahaha...) It's automatic to enter this place. you just need to enter the code they gave then you can get inside, no matter when u arrive there. They won't rush you when you on the check out time.

First, when we arrive at the room, then the room had a bad smell. In the end, we found that the shower room isn't designed well, so the water will flow outside into the floor. So the equipment of shower room has to improve. And the time we have to check out, but there is no one in the front desk, the number even no one answered, so we have no idea of what we should do when we check out.

Great location, next to Smíchov railway station (direct trains to Hlavní nadrazí and Plzen, metro to city centre and towards airport, trams to all the main sights). Many restaurants all around - one even in the same house - shopping facilities just one stop apart. Despite on the main road, rooms are located in inner courtyard, therefore quiet and still bright. Stylish interiors, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, everything clean. Fridge in the rooms, microwave oven and kitchen utensils in common areas. Helpful staff. I could even get a better room than booked.

Late-evening check-in a bit difficult - they mailed the details only shortly before. However after some phone calls everything was working.
