The location was ideal and comfy.

Checking in staff members is not ideal customer service; I also don't want to hear you doing business for the company in the lobby on check-in and not even acknowledging the guests waiting for check-in (we were also aware someone was in the office not on the phone and unsure why they couldn't check us in). The check-out staff was amazing. I booked a spa bathroom and was put in the smaller one when there was a bigger one (however, it was still good value for money, and I'm not even sure if someone else may have requested that one, so it may have been ideal to request).

Great bed, clean accommodation, great bathroom and an ideal location in that I was working nearby

It suited me in every way

The location was excellent which is why we chose it, we had a wedding we were attending in the hills so it was a quick drive up and back on the day. Having the restaurants of Tea Tree Plaza across the park gave us good options for meals.

The short timeframe for checking in.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Could not change AIRCONDITIONER to heating. Staff said they could change it but didn't do it. Disappointing.

Free Coffee machine in foyer for morning brews. Comfortable beds, clean modern rooms

2 days the coffee machine was not refilled and out of milk and/or cups etc in the morning.. so unable to use. Did bring this to the attention of staff on the first morning it was empty.. although it was acknowledged... the same issue next morning.
