That was enough room for myself and friend. Shower had a good strong flow. A nice place to stay not far from town.

The jug was leaking and some of power points did not work

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the comfortable beds & the positive interaction with my children! My eldest son is sometimes overwhelming for people as he has adhd & other conditions, yet the staff treated him normally which is a big thumbs up! Even when he wasn't able to contain his emotions, they did not grizzle or treat him any different and I really appreciated it, as did he.

Absolutely nothing, it was a lovely stay and the beds were wonderful! My son's (aged 1 & 4) absolutely loved the bath & the radio built into the wall.

The guy was very nice

It’s dog friendly! This was our second stay there. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the heat pump silent, shower great. The busy road was quiet during the night.

The decor is on the dated side and dining chairs stained, which made for a poor first impression. Overpowering scent of air freshener. A car is needed to get into the town centre. We got the last available room, which was for a family rather than a couple, and the price was very steep.

The motel is in need of repairs and property was congested with trailers, large container, extra vehicles which made getting into and out of motel tricky. Booked because they avertised having a spa but on arrival found it wasn't working.

Everything was fine

Very clean and affordable. The owner was very kind. We are 3 adults and 2 children. I booked only with 3 beds , the kids will share with the adults. Frank transferred us into bigger room with 5 beds but can accommodate up to 6 persons. Very comfortable to stay.

The space in the rooms was great, shower had great pressure. Great location.

Spa and swimming pool not working although advertised as able to use

The location was great. In-between Hastings and Napier. Staff were friendly. Shower pressure good and water hot.

Mattress could be upgraded, bit of a dip in themiddle. The advertised spa was not working which was one of the reasons for picking this motel.
