Clean room, comphy bed, breakfast had 2 kind of fresh fruit juice, scrambled eggs, bread, fruits, marmalade, joghurt, coffee, tea, helpful stuff, Western Union 8 mins. Walk to exchange money.

Coffee for breakfast was not my taste, bath in room was leaking and therefore useless, drinking water would be helpful, infos of staff regarding public transport was not correct

Staff were kind, I came off the night bus from Mancora and they let me check in at 7am for a 50% fee, which I thought was reasonable. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, many channels on the TV. Good breakfast too. Good location in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.

No air conditioning. I asked for a fan, which the staff provided, but it wasn't very strong and didn't cool me, even though it was right by the bed.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was always very helpful, breakfast great, the room was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood very quite with a nice small public garden next to the hotel. Many tiendas for groceries and a grill restaurant nearby.

The location is fine, not far from the city center, on a civilized street. Our room did not look as în the pictures. Personnel nice, they did their best, but they do not speak english.

The room had an unpleasant smell, breakfast was basic. Very cold room. We managed to sleep with a lot of clothes on and some blanckets. We paid for the morning coffee, because it was made at 5 a.m, althought we did not have breakfast that morning, as we left too soon.

a few small things need more attention like: the flush didn’t work properly, no hot water in ink, one day no foot towel provided. but overall was ok. also we couldn’t get breakfast one day as do many people were down getting breakfast there was no food left for us.

The location was really good, it's in a residential zone, close to a church and a quiet zone. The service was amazing, their offered us all The facilities we needed. They allowed us to have an early check in for no additional fee. It's no too close to the city center (7min by car), so it's better to take a taxi for 6 soles, but I totally prefer this location because the center is not one of my favorites zone. The hotel has a business center which is amazing for who is going for business with a great internet connection in there. They have a terrace in the 4th floor you can use it anytime. The breakfast was good, it's a buffet.

Big room, lovely terrace. Also had access to a small kitchen area with a fridge. Comfy beds and everything very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Neighborhood is nice, 10 mins walk to main plaza. Hot shower.

The WiFi didn't work most of the time on our floor. The shower water pressure was very low - like a dribble. The breakfast was very basic - ok if you eat eggs.
