Restaurant wasn’t inviting to us and the staff came across as sullen.

Me and my wife had an amazing relaxing time. Nice ambiant, great atmosphere and quiet environment. Mostly we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was great, delicious and enough for a bufet breakfast. The staff was helpfull in everything we needed or asked for. Will come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and beautiful setting.

very thin walls. Unfortunately, my room was in between two large families with young kids. They were screaming all night. it sounded like they were in my room. the restaurant was empty and the bar was an afterthought.

The pool area & landscaping of the entire property was spectacular! The restaurant was open & inviting and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, nothing fancy but very clean, comfortable & quiet.

The only complaint that I have is that it was very difficult to get any washcloths after the first day (we were there for 8 days).

Staff is attentive and friendly. Food is excellent, and the grounds are amazing. The butterflies were everywhere. Close to ruins.

The bed was very very hard.

Absolutely amazing setting, deep in the jungle, surrounded by beautiful plants. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys, enjoy your coffee next to a wild parrot, and witness seraque nibbling on flower petals as you walk to your room.

We booked the location for the spa, which was non-existent (and massages were not available on the weekends). Our sheets were dirty with boogers and smelled bad. Rooms were very far apart on the property and you had to walk in the dark outside at night to get to them. No room service. One room was missing a coffee machine and we asked for a replacement they said they would look into it and never did. Food was mostly mediocre to bad (occasionally frozen solid!), with the exception of one delicious pasta dish. The pool was mildly dirty and the pool bar was always closed. They gave you tokens for pool towels at check-in, but there was nowhere to get them and there seemed to be a towel shortage in general (we asked for more towels and got one; we could hear the guests next door complaining they didn't get any).

Very Beatiful Hotel near on tue road to the Archeological zone of Palenque. The location is perfetto, the rooms are large, clean and confortable. The hotel offers several facilities like a nice swimming pool and a gym by the forest. Restaurant quality and price/quality ratio should be improved

Restaurant food quality is not on par with the hotel. high prices compared with the quality

it was disappointment except the landscape. the stuff was weird . and the room dod not have a glass to drink water. the wife did not work at all in the room. and the noice in the mornings were horrible because they were doing some repair ...

the repair sounds just outside of my room. no wife in the room ...

The staff were really friendly and always very helpful! The pool area was lovely and the gym was a bonus. The rooms were very big and really clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have refillable water like in all the hostels we have stayed at.

the grounds were beautiful and we saw Spiders and Mackaws in the jungle. All night long you could hear howler monkeys. The restaurant was pretty good -- not exceptional, but convenient and the wait staff was very good and service was fast.

Nothing really. Everything seemed good. I would like to have stayed within walking distance of Palenque. This required that we drive, but it wasn't too bad.
