We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived quite late in the evening but the staff were kind enough to be available after their check in time had closed so that we could check in. We also were able to organise a late check out (for an extra fee which we were happy to pay) as our bus was scheduled for 10pm the following evening. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated! The breakfast which was included with the price for our room was delicious and much more substantial than “free” breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels on our trip through Mexico. Would definitely stay here again.

My only issue was that the communication with the hotel through the booking.com app was quite difficult and I either received very delayed responses to my messages or none at all. I’m not sure whether this was an issue at their end or perhaps an issue with the app though.

We arrived at 6 am in Palenque and the room was available at that moment, they let us check in in the room so we could refresh us and relax. The room is very spacious and modern with A/C and modern bathroom. Central located of Palenque center.

Breakfast is basic but OK.

Everything was super clean! The rooms are good size, comfortable and nice.

Very nice cosy little hotel, just two blocks of the main street. Lovely lady and good value for money.

Location and price was great. To stay there one night and see the highlights of Palenque.

State of the room: no outside light, scruffy curtains and old plugs. Very outdated.

The hammock on top floor It is also Nicky located by the square and outside of the tourist zone. Iliad on the hammock in the evening and listed to the howler monkeys Really special. Very cute and comfortable hotel. They also let us check in at 7am.

We really didn’t like the fact that when we arrived at 7 am after a long overnight bus we were told they don’t take credit cards and we had to use all our cash to pay for the room. The price was also about $ 10 us higher that quoted on booking

- There were still some hairs in the shower

small hotel in the middle of Palenque, we stayed there for 1 night, perfect breakfast and a big bed with airco. I recommend it for a short Stay, you can also park the car in a private space.

Convenient for town centre, big clean rooms. Good aircon.

We asked to stay an extra night and they tried to charge us much more than we’d paid previously and more than the rate on booking.com. They wouldn’t believe us till we showed the price on our phone (when they matched it). Still made us change to a smaller room for the last night even though the hotel was virtually empty and they hadn’t paid commission which seemed petty.

My room was nice and big. The house per se is nice (maybe historic).

Don’t expect any help in case you need anything. The service there is sleeping but nothing more. Meet nice people elsewhere.

The room was tidy, airconditioning available and comfortable beds. However it wasn't a very memorable and lively place but it was okay for one night in Palenque.
