The location was pretty good. The environment was nice, safe area, hammocks and pool. The plates and silverware we're washed daily and we received one "towels wash" every two days, unless we needed more.

The WIFI doesn't reach the rooms very well, I had to use my phone's hotspot data on my laptop if I wanted to use the internet inside my room. The price showed $44,000 online at the estimated exchange rate on the day of arrival, but when we arrived the owner said we should pay $45,700 due to the exchange rate he used (for a 3-day stay). To his defense, I didn't mention the price booking.com showed, but I just paid the amount requested. He also said we can only pay in cash, no card or transfer. Also, he would use the exchange rate of the day we finished paying the whole amount, so if the dollar went up before we finished getting the cash out and paying, we would be required to pay the whole amount according to the current rate. He did lock our rate though and we only paid 45,700 in 3 payments. He requested that I don't tell him what was wrong with my stay on booking.com, but in person instead. However, after careful consideration, I believe it is more kind to potential guests like us to leave an honest review. On our first night, we realized that the sheets covering the bed were extremely thin and translucent, like netting. They quickly fixed that problem, even at midnight, and gave us sheets that we're not see-through. Overall, I was not too impressed but we were happy with the stay and it was comfortable. I thought it was a little high priced considering the wifi problem, but it's okay. Otherwise everything was comfortable.

Verry attentive owner that went above and beyond for us during our stay. Spent time explaing to us the city and planning our next stop to Paraguay. Very knowledgable about the area. We were very happy!

Perfect stay in Iguazu. Good location with the bus to the falls stopping at the end of the road, or a short walk into town. Spacious, well-equipped room, which was kept very clean during our stay. We didn't have time to make use of the pool but would be a lovely place to relax. Our host was very helpful and took the time to explain everything we needed to know.

Currently no breakfast, or kitchen facilities to cook. Fridge and cutlery in the room though, and restaurants nearby.

Quiet area, comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpfull. They provided us with a map of Iguassu waterfalls and explained the rout.

Far anough from the city center, have to take a taxi or walk about 20-25 min to the nearest restaurant. Breakfasts were poor - many sweets (cakes) but no hot dishes such as omelet.

Very poor WiFi and the area is a bit removed from town. Didn’t feel unsafe, but definitely felt out of place walking through the neighbourhood to get to the centre. There was a couple of problems with price. Originally I was asked to pay using an exchange rate of 75 pesos to the dollar, which is the rate that you’ll get from a street ‘cambio-man’. After explaining that I’ve been withdrawing from cash machines at 60 pesos to the dollar (and being charged for the privilege) the owner agreed to 63 pesos to the dollar (close to the banks rate). In my opinion this should not be an issue. All other reputable hotels and restaurants in Argentina that I’ve visited accept card payments and use the official rate. I would like to add that the owner quickly agreed to the change and was very apologetic over the following days. He was a very pleasant and amicable man. Another slight gripe was that there was a $10 extra charge if you wanted to use the communal facilities after checkout. Understandable I suppose, but again not common practice in hotels with this price tag. I’m my opinion these ‘luxuries’ should be included and if they are not then the room rate should be lower.
