The convenience.

It was very close to a lot of restaurants and train station but don't get confused as it is a couple of stops from where the shin kobe station. Very handy having the laundry on the 9th floor. Automatic check-in.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Also we had a large massage chair in a very small room.

location was convenient for us

the cost performance was very poor. Room was plain and highly over priced. facilities and service level is just business hotel level, while price is high-end hotel price level. the worst thing for me though was that they still have rooms where smoking is possible. we certainly did not wish for one, but ended up in one. the whole floor had such bad smell. in the room we couldn’t even open the window, which was screwed closed, so ended up sleeping very badly in bad air quality due to previous guests smoking in the room. quite incredible in 2022.

Sometimes can hear the next door voices in the late night so annoyed me . By the way , Thank you very much
