Y think just the staff is nice

Rooms quite old Restaurant unfortunately really bad , I think they should revise the whole menu. It is better to have a couple of nice decent plates than a bunch of bad plates . Really old gym

Checked in and was not given room I reserved. Staff quickly got it sorted out for me, bar and pool on site was nice. Very nice hotel. Jacuzzi was awesome.

the food is in seasoned and terrible at the restaurant. took forever to bring check, therefore got bit real bad on by mosquitoes.

Pool, bed, room

I travel frequently and I am unaccustomed to being charged for shuttle service to nearby airports..

Probably your best option if you are staying in Belize City. our room was clean and spacious though with and odd layout.

There is no elevator and virtually no one to help you with your bags if you happen to be on a room on the second floor. I saw a couple of elderly guest having to pull their own bulky/heavy bags upstairs and the staff at the reception seemed unbothered.

It was a nice clean property. We were able to book all of our excursions right at the hotel.

The shuttle service charges! I feel the shuttle from the airport should be free, now for service anywhere else I do understand a fee for that. There need to be more options available for the breakfast buffet, and microwaves in all the rooms.

Did not use the pool-but was fun to hear the fun being had by others there! We enjoyed our breakfast very much and the dinner was very good! Would stay there again if I needed a place to stay in that area!

I’m not sure what could have been better. Of course everyone loves lower prices, but it wasn’t too bad. And we had a very nice driver that picked us up and then delivered us to the airport! He was full of information of the area!

The property was very clean. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Even going 15 mins after breakfast started, it was cold. Majority of the staff was really nice. We had one waiter that seemed to have a attitude everyday. Besides having to pay every time you used the shuttle, overall the stay was great.

It was a nice enough place, very North American.

I don't like the price gouging for a 15 minute ride to airport or for breakfast. Most places in north America these are included in room price.

the room was okay but a bit damp. food wasn’t great. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a drunk man knocking repeatedly on my door. make sure you stay on the second floor. also the staff didn’t confirm my airport shuttle and I was lucky other people arrived at the same time otherwise I don’t know how I would have reached the hotel.

OMG, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Nothing compares to a good night's sleep when you are away from home and the Best Western Hotels across the world have the most comfortable beds on the planet. Great staff and customer service are just the icings on the cake.

The parking lot is a little tight if you're driving a larger SUV but other than that this hotel gets a 10 out of 10.

safe location and staff very helpful

We just stayed for one night while in transit home. They have a great shuttle service to and from the airports. All staff were very friendly.

Restaurant food is not very good and definitely don't order poached eggs! They were horrible, watery and tasted like vinegar.

Food was great..clean ..lots of construction but a good job to keep that separate.

That I didn't stay longer.

Love the hotel atmosphere and the location.

The "buffet" was really bad. For 30 bucks a person not worth it in any way. Zero hot water the entire time we were there.
