Vi hadde et utrolig opphold på Al Qurum Resort i Muscat, og vi kan ikke få anbefalt det nok! Det beste med hotellet er utvilsomt den perfekte beliggenheten, rett ved den vakre Qurum-stranden. Å kunne våkne opp til lyden av bølgene og ta en morgentur langs den myke sanden var en opplevelse i seg selv. Stranden er virkelig fantastisk, og det gjorde oppholdet vårt ekstra spesielt.
I tillegg ligger hotellet omgitt av en rekke kafeer og restauranter i gangavstand, noe som gir mange flotte alternativer for måltider og drikke i løpet av dagen. Vi likte å utforske området og prøve ulike steder, noe som gjorde oppholdet enda mer spennende.
En annen ting som virkelig skilte seg ut, var servicen på hotellet. David, som jobber der, fortjener en spesiell takk. Han var utrolig hjelpsom og serviceinnstilt, alltid tilgjengelig for å hjelpe med alt vi trengte, fra tips om lokale steder til å arrangere aktiviteter for oss. Han gjorde virkelig oppholdet vårt ekstra behagelig og minneverdig.
Alt i alt var Al Qurum Resort en fantastisk opplevelse, både på grunn av beliggenheten, fasilitetene og den eksepsjonelle servicen. Vi gleder oss allerede til å komme tilbake!
Hotellets basseng er for tiden under oppussing, noe vi var klar over før vi kom, så det gjorde ikke noe for oss. Det ser ut som det blir veldig fint når det er ferdig, og vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake for å oppleve det! Vi er sikre på at dette vil gjøre oppholdet enda bedre fremover.

the staff is great, the location to the beach and facilities
the hotel doesn’t invest on it anymore and bathroom and toilet must be repaired immediately, the swimming pool area is destroyed by the last Sturm 2 years ago, and completely rusty (dangerous of tetanus).
besides that, the have a bar besides the guest rooms running RAVE MUSIC AFTER midnight. and you definitely can’t sleep. I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights and had to move to intercontinental just besides it, although I complained about it. the bar manager said they have to make business!!!!!
I will never come back.

The room was spacious and comfortable and had a shared terrace off the room. The hotel itself was directly on Qurum beach, and there were quite a few options for dining within a short walking distance.
Some rooms were quite noisy due to the night club in the hotel. My room was noisy, but my friend in the next room didn't hear a thing.

the loud music that played all day long and until 2:00 am. there was no one around and still the music played. the pool area was disgusting

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, directly at a nice beach. The bathroom was new and modern.
Furniture is a bit old. And as they write, it's next to a club so you'll have a lot of noise. It smelled like cigarette in most parts.

The hotel is located in front of the beach!!! Good point to swim! Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Next to Intercontinental and W Muscat.
The hotel is old and now is under restoration. There is a night club in the complex, but it was closed during our stay, probably because it was in the middle of the week.

- Everything was so smooth from booking the room till check out.
- I liked that I got a call from the Resort informing that my room is ready.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- I liked the privacy and safety they have, (rooms are separated with a security door that requires a code).

Staff really helpful. Clean, good value for money. Quiet location.
The pool was closed which wasn't evident when booking so we were somewhat disappointed as we were looking forward to using it. We were not offered the option of using an alternative pool in another hotel.
The bathrooms needs upgrading. The baths were heavily stained. Minimal toiletries offered.
