Small detail as the hotel was very comfortable. We had to leave early and requested a packed breakfast. Would not recommend this option, could be improved.

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable. I ordered room service and it was a little pricy but very good. I hired a shuttle to the airport which provided good service. The area is very central and had everything I need close by.

The checking staff was a little rude. I traveled for work and they initially made a huge issue of leaving an open credit card for any expense incurred during my staff. Eventually, the manager came by and allowed my company leave a credit card on file.

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Pedro, who checked us in, could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was included with a lot of variety however everything was stone cold. Very disappointing. A lovely flat screen TV but there were no english channels available.

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (sat + sun) was great and had many options. The room was bigger than expected, had a nice couch, TV, desk and little station with mini fridge. The bathroom was big and clean. We loved the hottub on the terrace although it took us a bit to find it and you have to climb the last set of stairs.

The AC didn’t seem to work as powerfully as we would’ve liked, it sort of remained at the same temp even when we tried adjusting it. Breakfast on weekends starts at 7am despite the website saying its 6:30. I asked about the shuttle service through Booking and never got a response. We were told at the airport it would come every 15 min but that’s not true, you have to make arrangements with the hotel prior (and it’s $14usd) Last thing to keep in mind about location, it can be very noisy at times (lots of honking/traffic noises) so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper (the AC doesn’t provide much of a white noise to help, I had to use my phone)

The location is great, in zone 10, the best part of the city. Close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping centers. The room we had was very big and had a massive bathroom. Staff was very friendly and the free parking was a plus

Our room seemed to have only recently been remodled, so it did smell a bit of cement and paint, but nothing to make our stay too uncomfortable.

spacey, nice, clean and comfortable suite at 12th floor, incl. small kitchen and fridge at really reasonable price. Huge windows with nice city and Mountain View. Friendly staff in restaurant and on reception desk. Close to airport. Nice quarter with a lot restaurants, malls and shops.

I booked for Radission and got Wyndham Garden. In April 2023 Radission was taken over by Wyndham. Hotel not yet rot be recognised. A lot of renovation work inside and outside the hotel. Poor breakfast: no different bread, no vegetables. Same with restaurant; we unfortunately booked lunch due to a conference we ran. Always the same food, no really local food. No real bar area existing. Small corner with a bar near the elevator. Not cozy at all, no terrace, gym very small and poor. No airport shuttle. Only one bottle of water first day. No refill. All staff with poor English language knowledge.
