The breakfast was tasty, although we didn’t trust the kitchen was any cleaner than our rooms.

The room we booked under the promise of a 5-star experience turned out to be a major disappointment. Despite being labeled as “allergy-free” on booking, it seemed more like a haven for allergens, with an alarming amount of mold present. The staff treated our valid complaints as though they were strange requests rather than acknowledging our right to be concerned. After waiting for hours, we were relocated to another room, only to find it in a similar state, with remnants of previous guests' meals adding to the unsatisfactory experience. On top of that, the hotel had some bizarre late-night room service that caught us off guard and really scared us, making us appreciate the security of internal locks. The “coffee machine” listed on Booking turned out to be nothing more than a kettle with instant coffee packets, falling short of our expectations. Overall, our stay fell far below the standards we anticipated from a supposed 5-star establishment. Booking, please ensure that such discrepancies in hotel descriptions are address - „allergy free” rooms like those can be a serious threat to any healthy person

La lentitud de los ascensores en horas punta, por ejemplo en el desayuno. La habitación contratada y pagada, fue de una categoría superior a la entregada por el hotel. Nos tuvieron hasta las 17 h sin poder entrar. Ante las protestas, nos dieron una habitaciones viejas y mal uso. Ante la queja del día siguiente me ofrecieron unas más nuevas pero en plantas más bajas. Las contratadas y pagadas fueron 2 habitaciones Skyline King Room. Las disfrutadas, estaban en mejor de uso, pero no fueron las pagadas. Además, a partir del 3 día, comenzaron obras en las habitaciones superiores, por lo que a primera hora de la mañana el ruido impedía continuar con el descanso. También lo impedía después de la comida, dado que no terminaban hasta las 18h. Las quejas fueron compensadas con 4 cafés para los 4 a coste cero en la cafetería del hall. Los baños no tenían utensilios de baño, cepillo de dientes, afeitado, etc.. que para un hotel de 5 estrellas debería tenerlo en cuenta. Me hubiera gustado alguna atención por parte del hotel dados los días de estancia y que fueron 2 habitaciones kyline King Room..

The room was spacious and had a great view of the museum of the future. It had a very large bathroom with a bathtub. We had full board at the hotel. The food was delicious and there was never a shortage of anything. The hotel is right next to the metro, which makes it easy to explore the city during rush hours. The pool is great for cooling off after a day of wandering. We had no problems with the elevators and were always in line quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. They cleaned the room every day and delivered us bottles of water for free.

The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom often smelled of urine. The pool also needs refreshing. Deck chairs and tables are worn out and need to be replaced. The food could be more varied - the children had problems, as they do not eat spicy food. In general, I can conclude that the staff is perfect, but the hotel definitely needs renovation and is in no way worthy of 5 stars.

I like the most things.

We were given a room 3005, which needs renovation.

Service was poor, the iron in the room was broken, they didn't have enough towels, the tap water was damaged, and there was lots of black mould in the bathroom. We had to wait so long for the elevators.

Stort utbud av mat och allt är extremt gott. Imponerande byggnad, lyxigt marmor badrum. Bekväm säng, men stenhårda kuddar med knölar. Fin infinitypool, lite med solsängar som alltid är upptagna.

Icke komplett utrustning i rummet, endast 1 morgonrock för 2 personer. Termostaten i duschen finns inte, vattnet ändras hela tiden, samma med badkaret. Ovänlig personal i restaurangen, ointresserad också. Middagen om man inte kom inom de första1 – 2 timmar, då är det slut på det mesta, ingen fyller på, maten är kall. Oprofessionell personal, i reception och concierge. Vid beställning av frukost take away, ingen visst vad de fanns i den eller hur vi skulle få den. Informationen vi fick stämde inte med det vi fick. Concierge hänvisade till fel våning vid middag. De är problem med hissarna, så man måste verkligen planera in extra tid för man visst inte om den kom inom ett par minuter eller 10-20. Stor trängsel vid frukost om man kommer efter 9.30. Av 4 frukostar åt vi bara 2 på hotellet och de vi fick som take away var absolut inte av den standard man kan förvänta sig och har betalt för. Förutom att konditionering gick sönder 1 dag så vi kom till ett helt varmt rum, så var det klickande och störande ljud från den hela tiden. Rekommendationen vi fick var att stänga av den helt på natten, men då blev det varmt istället. Finns ingen toaborste på toaletten. Trots 39-våningen så kunde man höra ljud från byggarbetsplatsen.

The room was big with a nice view. Staff were friendly and trying to help. The location also very nice and next to Metro station. The security of hotel also seemed in good level.

Where to start. If you book a family room, your children are expected to sleep two to an l-shaped sofa - regardless of age. This is not a sofa bed, as you would expect, but just a sofa! Had to ask for sheets for the sofa three times. Eventually returning to the hotel at midnight to find it still hadn't been done. The lifts are a joke. An average wait time of fifteen minutes was not uncommon. Cramped, with (understandably) inpatient people wanting to squash into a tiny lift. It caused a lot of anxiety. We actually resorted to using the dusty, hot service staircase to descend 43 floors on one occasion after waiting 20 minutes for a lift. There was mould in the shower - covered in it - that a cursory wipe showed could be removed. Again, we flagged three times and nothing was done about it. Finally, breakfast. Once you eventually arrive there, you are greeted with chaos. Dirty tables, discarded food everywhere, very unhappy staff. It's a free for all. It was the grubbiest, shabbiest breakfast restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating in. The food was OK, the coffee machine ridiculously slow meaning thhgrre were huge queues of disgruntled people wanting their caffeine fix. And then, you leave and have to wait for the lifts again. We agreed it is more 2 star, than 5. We can laugh now liking back, but it ruined our mini break to Dubai.

Our reservation was for three adults and one child, but there was no extra bed in the room, and after a lot of discussion, we were finally allowed one more bed, and we had to sleep three people on one bed. The condition of the room was very bad, and the refrigerator was broken, so they changed it three times after my protest, but in the end the problem was not solved. The breakfast was really not up to expectations and a 5-star hotel, and to send a brief breakfast for the room that they suggested because the reception had high traffic and was crowded, unfortunately it arrived at 11 o'clock and after the reception time, and it was very cold. The behavior of the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. They didn't know the minimum manners of dealing with travelers and even spoke rudely at times. The reservation staff were very unprofessional and rude.

This hotel was not at all the size of a 5-star hotel, and I think it should be considered a maximum of 3 stars. Unprofessional and rude staff, dirty and poor quality room. Responsiveness and satisfaction of the passenger's expectations at zero level. The hotel breakfast was a disaster and unbelievable, and I will never think of staying at this hotel again, even for free.

The hotel reception does its job perfectly, making us feel like we are among best friends The great advantage is the location where from the hotel we go straight to the metro station and we can travel all over Dubai very quickly, generating very low travel costs. Bardzo czysto, można nawet powiedzieć sterylnie. Recepcja hotelowa doskonale spełnia swoje zadanie, sprawiając, że czuliśmy się jak w gronie najlepszych przyjaciół Wielką zaletą jest lokalizacja, z hotelu idziemy prosto do stacji metra i możemy bardzo szybko przemierzyć cały Dubaj, ponoszac bardzo niskie koszty podróży.

Great location and very friendly staff.

The rooms are looking a bit tired and in need of refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms.

Close to the metro

Very intermittent hot water which didn't get very hot. Uncomfortable bed/pillows. Mediocre breakfast.

Very expensive for such a style

Then location of the hotel is amaaaaaazing just close to metro and everything like restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy and many other.

Everything was perfect but my small remark is the furniture of the room is out dated but still in acceptable condition.

Great location . You step out from hotel and enter meteo station . You save lot of money on taxi

Swimming pool timings are very odd . 9 am to 8 pm in summer is juat of no use . It has to be 6 am to 12 n99n and 4 pm till 10 pm . Then inly asian vistors can use this . We stay for 7 days but hardly 9ne day on last day we manage to use for 30 min at 12 noon in avery very hot sunny day .

This property was exceptional. The rooms were large and luxurious. The beds are so comfortable. We came with family and they placed all of our rooms close together. The staff went above and beyond to help. We added the breakfast for the 5 days that we were there. It was well worth the money. There was a lot of selection that varied each day. The metro is right outside the hotel. I would 100% stay again.

Location is amazing. Very near to the Metro Station which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was nice. Usual complaint is about the time it take to upper floors through lifts but for me it was sort of bearable and not inconvenient.

Not sure if it is a 5 star hotel. I expect a 5 * hotel to be sparkling clean. The lights in the room were dim and could have been brighter. Bathroom should be free of any molds plus the bath tub in a more pristine condition.
