The property was exceptionally clean, modern and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and plenty of selection. Yes it’s a walk back up the hill from Town but this is advertised and it’s good to walk off the trips to pubs and restaurants.
Bathroom in room 1 very small, exactly as described and again everything clean and functioning but a tight squeeze!!

Excellent location with great views over the estuary. This modern, clean, and stylish B&B really cannot be faulted. The hosts are friendly & helpful plus provided a very good breakfast. This B&B definite is the one to choose if visiting Padstow.

Lovely stay in Padstow. Great location and room was very comfortable with superb views! Nice off road parking and very handy for town which is a short walk away. Thank you very much. ☺

We opted for cooked breakfast which was extra on first day which at first i thought should have been included its was wonderful cooked to perfection but very filling then we had the continental breakfast which was also wonderful lots of selection fruit yoghurt cereal toast jam it was more than sufficient very nice indeed with an amazing view.
The couple who ran the B&B were very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
