Very friendly and helpful host. Perfect location- short walk to town center and restaurants, ferry to rock, bus stop, beach. The house was spotless and nicely decorated in a simple coastal style. We had the garden room, which was a decent size and the private bathroom (not en-suite) was quite spacious. We had the Continental breakfast, which was great and the fresh fruit salad was a highlight. Would definitely book again, but would probably choose the Estuary room for the nice view.

Access to town centre good. Parking available at the property. Spotlessly clean. Good host. Nice breakfast.

Bathroom VERY compact. Room also compact. Bed was queen size, not king size.

Loved the location. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable and bathroom was generous. Delicious breakfast included hot porridge! Immaculately cared for and wonderful host in Karen.

Would have loved a sitting area to read or relax.
