The room had everything that you could want. It was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and ironing board and hairdryer. The Bathroom was large and had a bath and shower. The Parking was what drew us to this property and the ability to walk into Padstow in less than 10 mins

It is located in a quiet residential area, within easy reach of the town & harbour. The hosts Tara & Alan were very welcoming & friendly & made us feel comfortable within their lovely home. The room was spacious with comfortable bed & lovely en-suite. Current Covid restrictions meant we didn’t have much interaction with the Hosts but they were always available if required.

Due to the location of other guest rooms without en-suite facility, other guest would have to cross the hallway by our room to use their separate bathroom. The doors are heavy & the locks noisy, which disturbed us in the night as we are light sleepers & the fan in the bathroom stays on for a while each time it’s used. Whilst we couldn’t hear other guests in their rooms it did mean we were disturbed each night.

Very close to the centre of Padstow and we found the Tesco at the top of the street very useful. Everything we needed was provided in the room including fresh milk for tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was a good size. It was good to have seperate shampoo and conditioner as a lot of places don't provide it. Due to covid the room wasn't cleaned everyday but if you needed any tea, coffee etc they had a tick box list and it was all left on a tray on the landing for you which worked well.

Tara was a fabulous host, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable!

The location was excellent. We walk to the town 10 minutes only. We had 2 nights stay was fantastic😆 Great room with big private bathroom. WiFi is the best .Tara was a good host 👍
