Everything was fine

Location was great near the airport. Was not impressed with the motel.

Lighting was dim, no towel rail in bathroom shower pressure was terrible. No plates not enough milk for 4 people only 8 small capsules. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the bedspread. Spends some money on the rooms please!!

The location was good for the airport and cruise terminal and the lawn bowls club for dinner. The rooms were clean.

1. The reception when we arrived. The notice said reception was open from 7am to 8pm. It was locked and the intercom was patchy- couldn't hear what was being said. We arrived early and just wanted to leave our bags so we could go find somewhere to wait and have lunch. But we were told to just go around the back. There was no safe place to leave our bags so we ended up sitting in the carport with a baby for 2 hours until they opened reception. 2. The television reception was very bad and I think they turn the wifi off at times - maybe it just poor wifi range.

Convenient for early morning flight at Brisbane airport.

Had to ring the bell upon arrival as nobody was in reception. The operator then came out and unlocked the door and went and sat down, no greeting and when approached just gruffly said “Name?” And was just generally rude, like I was an inconvenience to whatever he was doing.

Could not access my room until 2 pm unless I paid an extra $20 to get in at 12 o’clock can’t see the significance of this if people are going to work they probably pick your motel for it’s location to the air port and the convenience of that I think you would get more people come back and stay if you drop your $20 fee expecially people going to and from work that$20 could cover there fair in a Uber or breakfast instead of just hanging over $20 dollars for the sake of 2 bloody hours they have probably just travel from home to there to get to work there are tired and want to sleep don’t get it

Simple clean 10 minutes to Brisbane Airport. Good for overnight stay with early morning flight. Well priced meals at Hamilton Bowls Club across the road.Idea to book for meal beforehand. Easy access to rail

It was clean, beds were pretty comfy. Stuff was lovely.

Could use an update with furniture.

staff accommodating we needed to c/o a little later and they were ok with that.

Had a slightly run down feel and rooms were not well finished..housekeeping left empty tissue box and chairs on luggage rack..while there was nothing major it all added to the shabby vibe.

It was cheep and close to the city

There is a railway crossing across the street and the trains blow there horns every time they cross

It was very old, needs a good clean-up, paint was flaking off the walks and ceiling. Dirty walks and doors. Cockroach on the pillow and running around the floor.

The shower is nice and big

we only stayed overnight, there was nothing not to like about the place.

The room was clean. Undercover parking was scarce but plenty of room beside your car. Key was left in mailbox as we arrived late.

Air conditioner leaked when it was turned off onto the carpet. There was mould in the skylight. Poor water pressure from shower
