Love the pool comfy bed

Breakfast not included - not much choice for vegetarians

The staff were friendly and it was a perfect location with parking in central Exeter.

I used the outdoor pool. the room was warm and comfy for a single room although it had a double bed. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great.

It was only a few mins walk from the city centre

We went in January and it felt January. The staff were good, but a bit flat. I have worked in hospitality myself and know how it feels. Nobody but a foot wrong just lest zesty than previous Du Vin stays.

Parking situation is unsustainable. I don't know why they bother offering spaces to non-disabled guests as the car park next door is cheaper, literally 60 seconds walk away, and you don't get other people parking in your reserved space 'to drop off their luggage (for 3 hours)'. Second issue is the emails they send with important information. Black text on a very dark green background is almost impossible to read, and despite replying to all their 'important' emails asking for a version I could read, no replies.

Dog friendly and excellent rooms.

No car parking - got soaked walking from the public car park
