Only the location of the motel but the rest of the facilities are terrible. This was the worst motel we ever stayed in in our 60 years of journey. This should not be in Australia and not be in Bookings.com

The microwave was filthy and never cleaned. The air-conditioner was full of bugs and fungus. When starting the first time I had a breathing difficulty and we checked the reason and found the issue. Bed linen was very dirty with several dirty patches and marks. Please review our photos.

Pool was shut Load of noise from early hours in the morning throughout the day Electrics went off Charger near bed didn't work First room had hair all over it, changed rooms because of the mess. Second room wasn't any better The motel isn't close to the description mentioned on booking.com, I would recommend updating it for future guests Wasn't clean

The mattress was comfortable, but doesn’t even count since the sheets weren’t clean. Apparently my daughter felt sand in the bed, though she didn’t tell me until after we’d left.

The listing is completely deceptive and this place is not as it appears. I booked it as it was the only available “pet friendly” place for an overnight stay during a road trip… thank goodness it was only one night and so glad we had our dog to scare people away!! Police warnings everywhere and reminders to lock up. Obviously lots of people living there, because there was personal items/junk outside many units and people hanging out in the car park. The unit across had a car with its bonnet open from when we arrived until we left next morning, and worse, the car next to our unit was covered in dust and had police alert stickers on it. Dodgy as hell, NOT suitable for families. Also, though listed as pet friendly I could see no information about this so just let them know in the comments when booking. I called to let them know that I needed a late check in, and next thing I know they had charged my credit card $144.50 instead of the $95 it was meant to be…

Motel had lot of long term occupants. Carpark full of washing etc. Occupants fighting/yelling all night. Was pleased to find the car still there in the morning.

Location, right in the centre of Gladstone. Easy walk to most places Staff were not in attendance but did send SMS regarding entrance to room.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, but okay for a brief stay Motel is dated, needs some TLC but is clean and tidy for what it;s worth

The room smelt like really bad mold and there was mold in the air conditioning and on the bathroom wall and not only that the fire alarm was even working and mold on the bed and the pillows didn't have a Procter cover on then
