There was not anything I didn’t like about this hotel.The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable.The choice of breakfast was amazing both in what you could have and I thoroughly recommend the Irish breakfast.

The hotel and room were very comfortable. The hotel is a mix of older world charm with modern day comforts. The rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The lunches and dinners that we had were very nice with generous portions and good quality food.

Some (Not all) of the staff were beyond rude and unaccommodating. on one evening, We were informed that the bar would be open until 12 midnight as we would be returning late from an event. We arrived back at the hotel at 11.35 pm expecting to have a relaxed nightcap before bed. We were met with nothing short of animosity and rudeness. 'You can't all come in her expecting drinks at this time' is the exact welcome quote. it went from bad to worse and we finally got a drink at 11:55 and were told to drink it in the lobby. The tone used was a disgrace to the otherwise comfortable hotel and is reason enough to never return.

Rooms where lovely and clean beds where so comfortable staff where very accommodating and friendly

There was nothing to dislike. the Ivanhoe was just perfect for what we needed I'm just sorry we couldn't stay a bit longer. will most definitely be back

What's not to love?! Whilst the rooms are beautiful and the food is incredible, it's the customer service that stands out. My favourite place to stay

So comfortable and clean. The room was so spacious and absolutely spotless. The dinner we had was amazing and all the staff we encountered during our stay were so friendly.

the only downside was our room was above what I believe was a function room and the music was really loud! It did stop totally at 12am and it was a Friday night so I wouldn’t like to complain. But just advice maybe if booking and you would prefer no noise ask for a room at the opposite end of the hotel!

Standard was okay, plenty of variety.
