The hotel is in a fabulous position in the city. It is a beautiful building, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The level of service is second to none. Special mention to Kaysi on reception, she is so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked fresh to order. This hotel is proper 5star!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Receptionist Kay was so helpful and informative. Gorgeous hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff, good food and stylish room.

Only thing I could fault, would be room was so hot but couldn't really complain as we had our own balcony and fan was in press.

I couldn't fault the hotel, my only issue is that at £150 per night, I would expect breakfast to be included. The hotel was exceptional clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were really warm and friendly. A young dark haired woman called Emma was really lovely in the bar area and the receptionists were very professional and warm. The cocktails were very well made and the ambience in the bar area was lovely.

We were in room 307, advertised as a deluxe King room, but I found it disappointing. It had no luxurious ‘feel’ but worse is that there was a strange metallic tangy smell in our bathroom! I think there is some plumbing problem there. Also while the cooked breakfast was tasty and well cooked, the breakfast buffet table was a little underwhelming compared to many other hotels in which I’ve stayed, again, there was just nothing about it which indicated anything other than… “ok”

This hotel is very spacious with comfy rooms, wide corridors and high ceilings. I loved the classic decor and the art (notably the dogs in uniform!). The staff were particularly friendly and the food was excellent. A great location in the heart of Derry

Unfortunately the heating and hot water was an issue throughout. Upon arrival the apartment was like a sauna with the thermostat set at 26 degrees. We had to turn off boiler completely and leave the apartment to cool down. Throughout stay we never managed to get the heating sorted. Even with boiler regulated and turned on we then had no hot water at all on our final day so none of us could shower. A lovely place but this was one annoying aspect unfortunately.
