The property was gorgeous and in a beautiful setting, next to the river and waterfall. Impeccably maintained with new rooms. The staff was awesome, nice and helpful. I reached out to them prior to my stay and asked for a recommendation for the hotel-airport transfer since the hotel is about 30 min away. They recommended an awesome guide who could pick me up at the airport but could also arrange and drive us to local attractions. Deyclon (guide) was great, nice and not pushy relative to any of the attractions. His price was about the same as others too. He even arranged a visit to a small alambique where local cachaça is made so we could see how it was made. Everything was great and I give them (guide and hotel) a 5 star review on everything! The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous as it is typical in Brazil with a wide variety of items (fruits, cakes, breads, juices) plus some hot options prepared upon request. Ee had dinner twice there and food was good too. Price was a little bit higher than in town but definitely prepared by a chef and the dining area setting (next to river/waterfall) unbeatable! Simply awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel! Price is high but you absolutely get what you paid for!

The breakfast has been very good, wide variety of different salty dishes. Quite a big amount of different sweet dishes. Addtionally, some items like eggs and typical brazilian side dishes as extra order (included)

Staff are super friendly. Even though they are not English language speaking, they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and fulfill all your wishes

The hotel is in a beautiful location on a river and is a five minute walk to the historic center of Lençois. The hotel staff were very accommodating with flexible check in/out times. Breakfast was a high point!

My only complaint would be about earlier check-in, they charged me half the full price and it would not include the breakfast. Despite being good is pricy. I missed that little touch that makes the client feels special.

loved the hotel being next to the water fall, it has a beautiful sound 24hrs which makes you very relaxed, the garden of the hotel it’s stunning

Location was good and the staff were very nice. Rooms were a decent size and very neatly done up, and the public spaces were warm and inviting.
Breakfast was a tad underwhelming, and unfortunately our friend couldn't sleep due to the noise of the river. Perhaps better insulation is needed.

The Staffs , Everton and Diogo were impeccable!!! The location was on point and beautiful view !!
the running water of shower was not that much and amenities, such as cotton swab and body moisturizing were missed .

The breakfast was very limited in variety and the quality was mediocre
Even though we chose, at booking, rooms that had 3 beds each, they still charged us for an extra person
The check in process was very long and tedious. Especially after driving for so long to get to the place, we were asked to fill very long forms for each room we booked. It was all info they could have gotten from our documents later themselves. Felt like a government office

The property is gorgeous and much of it is completely renovated. The reality is better than the pictures! It’s located in a beautiful setting so close to town. The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff was kind of lazy and nonchalant. For example, Christmas dinner was included in our stay but no one took it upon themselves to tell us about it in emails, during checkin, or at any other point in time that we went to the front desk. We found out at 9:30 pm on Christmas night when it was too late. No one seemed to care that this mishap took place. Nothing was done to make up for it. We also noticed staff walk past dirty towels by the pool, acknowledge a broke glass by the pool and then look away and to get a drink by the pool was painfully slow.

The property has outstanding facilities. An incredible swimming pool, with a river view right next to the hotel (well inside the hotel pretty much), a decent restaurant (where they also serve breakfast) and great rooms!
One thing that I thought it was superb about this hotel, was how ecological it actually is. They provide you with free water throughout your stay and they do try indeed to keep a green footprint with their practices. That’s something that really caught my attention about them!
Breakfast is excellent, I am in love with the quality and quantity of breads they provide to each table; food quality here is great!
The only problem with this hotel is the “kit merenda” they provide you to take to trails, it is ridiculously overpriced so I don’t recommend you get it. It is my only complaint about this hotel other than that DO STAY here if you have the chance.

The location of the hotel overlooking the river and so close to town, the grounds of the hotel that are so charming and well thought of, this place is paradise, I will definitely go back
The experience was truly wonderful. Hard to find anything to complain about... if I was pushed to say one thing I would say that even though the breakfast is amazing, the rest of the food options later in the day were not as great (but there are so many incredible restaurants just a few minutes walking distance that it doesn't matter at all)
