Room was large, and unexpectedly the 2 single beds were in a different room.
Loved the small garden area with outside table and chairs.

Access to bar snacks at extra cost should you wish to purchase
Clean and modern in presentation, and 2 types of pillow on beds - firm and softer.
Hosts dog came wandering around to say hello in the morning! Cute and well behaved.
Parking easily available near room.
Checked in late and key available with little map in keysafe with great communication prior.
Pool too cold (get a pool cover!!)

Reports from our guy advised the room was clean and quiet.
He mentioned that the bed could have been more comfy but that is a subjective thing. Everyone's level of comfort is different.

The room was spotless and looked like it had been recently revamped, the bed was comfy anf black out blinds kept the room nice and dark so we had a great night sleep.

Reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant with a modern clean ensuite. The hotel is centrally located which allowed you walk and explore Bairnsdale without driving.
We were satisfied with the overall experience.

Great spot, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. The room was well set up for 4 of us, warm clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to dinner options. Would stay again when passing through Bairnsdale.

Layout of the room!

The room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable. Was as I expected from the website and photos. We requested to have a room away from the main road and this was made posible. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom area was small. The shower head needs to be replaced as it is broken and set high on the wall for a shorter person. The exterior lights were on all night and light shone into the room.

Very clean. Glad we had room away from main road as it was busy very early. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows available .Very clean. Excellent value and lovely staff.
A short walk or drive from local places with good food and supermarkets not far away.
We arrived to find our room was up some stairs which was fine for us but may not be for everyone. I didn’t notice stairs mentioned on any booking information so that needs to be clearer.

Only to Arrive & No Resturant..
2) Aircon in our First Room On Arrival..wasnt working Well and it was 32+ Degrees.
Thankful To Have Another Room..AirCon Was Okay...But Later the same Problem as first Room...
