Location in town centre was what we needed. Attractive old building which had been updated to suit traveller’s needs.

Pillows were a bit too high! Slightly softer would have been great. Mattress was comfy.

Un superbe chambre familiale dans une suite rénovée avec goût, dans un bâtiment ancien avec un charme fou. La literie et les petits à côté étaient parfait. La localisation très proche de la gare permet d'arriver sans devoir chercher très longtemps ce qui est très confortable. Et comme nous allions faire le East Gippsland RailTrail en vélo ensuite, ils ont gentillement proposé de les mettre à l'abris dans l'arrière cour pour la nuit.

Le bruit de fermeture des portes qui n'est pas très discret.

We loved the simple, elegant decor of the room, its balcony location and the two blinds which made managing light so easy. The room was blissfully quiet and the bed very comfortable. Having stayed in other noisier and less comfortable pubs along the way, this one greatly exceeded our expectations. It was a joy.

The rooms are very large and recently refurbished. The restaurant is great with delicious food.

The room price was a little on the high side.

We are locals of over 40 years. We love the term, the new management, the staff, the vibe. It is the best in bdale by far and we couldn’t ask for a better stay absolutely loved it

A little noisy in the morning with people walking up and down the corridor but not a show stopper
