We were vacationing came from New York. We liked the staff respectful helpful always with a smile. Food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable

The staff was very nice

the elevator still not Operating but its not A huge deal since it’s only 3 levels

Gustarme casi nada o nada, lo único un poco la ubicación, pero nada.

Ascensor en mantenimiento, los 3 días que estuve no funcionaron, instalaciones super antiguas, presencia a antiguo de antaño, le hace falta un mantenimiento total. Desayuno muy bajo.

It was open late and room was extremely clean

The beds are very hard. Busy street lots of traffic Internet didnt work in my room and i was on ground floor due to elevator out of service.

Breakfast was good , the staff is friendly. the location of the hotel to commute around where you nee to go is good. I never try the pool but it looks clean.

the room itself was not pleasant. mattress was so hard my back was in pain. the shower the force of the water was very light and low. the noise from outside was extreme the windows were very thin.

they don’t let family or friends visiting you! not hot water unless you let water running for 30 minutes!

Located near a few restaurants. And a good size shopping mall, about 20 minutes walk away. I was upgraded to a suite, which i truly appreciated. Breakfast was OK plenty of choice. But most of it wasn't for me.

Hotel is very dated, it could do with a complete refurbishment. The first room i was offered was not nice at all,

it is quite well located; the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are all wonderful and very eager to help

There are some things that are a bit dated and need improvement; the cable tv for one —there were barely any channels that actually worked and the rest was all useless screen fluff. One would expect more from a hotel that hosts foreign guests.

The friendly staff.. the cleaning of rooms everydays

Reception staff. Most of the ladies there were like not wanting to be there and always watching movies. If you would ask s9mething they would put a face like ...hello I am busy watching my movies.

Facility (pool) and breakfast (location) were excellent. Al though you were in the hustle and bustle of the city stepping in to the hotel and the outdoor area you were immediately relaxed.

Was placed on 1st floor and there simply were so many minor issues that made the stay in the beginning very disagreeable. Lack of ice, key seemed to not work (kept it away from cell phone), there was no clock or remotes for television. The showering was terrible. very low water pressure and incredibly unreliable water temperature. Wonder if there was some issue that I checked in with national documents and not my foreign passport that it appeared I received different room type (lower quality) or because I did a booking.com reservation (combo of both).
