Everything, from the facility to the location. Loved the smell of flowers throughout the lobby area. Staff were super cordial and food was excellent.

Everything was excellent , from the people at the front desk , the people at the restaurant , the best breakfast I have had in a long time at a hotel, the people who help you with your bags with excellent service. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Aging hotel. The hotel needs some upgrading.

The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and large. The location is amazing.

Wait staff and VIP staff very polite and professional.

Room was dated, stained ceiling, phone did not work, electric hazards, room coffee was terrible in the VIP suite VIP area food was edible but not great, coffee wasn't good either. Paid extra for VIP suite and there was no VIP check in, plus staff was slow and a bit rude. Also shuttle service was not offered at booking and staff took almost 48hrs to respond Meals in restaurant cost at least 50$ a couple and rice was raw and mushy veggies not fresh. Found trash in pool.
