The staff were helpful, especially helped with getting luggage down the stairs

We had disabilities and were given a first floor room with no access to a lift. The room was extremely hot, with no air conditioning and the window opened such a small way that no air could come through. Neither of us cos sleep as it was so hot.

Decent location. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful.

Got a last minute booking. Didn’t realise there was a wedding taking place and we had a room above the function suite until arrival. Reception was packed with the guests, understandably but very difficult to navigate through. We arrived at around 2.30 being told check in was at 2.00. The cleaner was still in the room with the TV blaring, she was quite rude when we informed her that we had booked it and had been sent up, stating “someone should have called and asked her”. Ultimately decided not stay.
