La struttura aveva un odore sgradevole e le stanze erano minuscole.

The room was very small but perfect for me on my own. Also you can walk from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport very easily.

Pas de brosse à toilettes Une odeur très désagréable dans le couloir et la chambre au vu des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas Beaucoup de bruits de portes qui claquent, de pas… Prise que d’un seul côté du lit : j’ai du me lever dans la nuit chercher mon téléphone, et bim je me suis pris le lit superposé dans le front (j’ai une bosse, merci)

Close to the Nice airport

Basic small size room with bathroom equipped with shower and toilet, but tiny wash-basin with no space to have around a regular amount of toiletry items. Therefore pricey for the service.

Everything you need. The rooms are small, but this is no secret. It is a perfect hotel for those on a budget or for those who need to stay close to the Nice airport.

Had what we needed: comfortable bed, good air conditioning, good shower, big towels.

This was a very quiet and convenient place to stay for one night right across the street from the airport (5 minute walk to Terminal 1)! The internet was fast, and the price was right. Also the 12pm/noon check-in/check-out is amazing!

The bathroom is very small and there wasn't much room to place things near the sink. The toilet was uncomfortable close to the wall (for a tall person). The chair at the desk had no back or cushions, so it was not comfortable to work at for long. Also I could not move the desk (attached to the wall) near the bed and use the bed as a seat.

Everything was under my expectations for this price. The hotel from the elevator looks like a construction area. The room really need to be renovated. The AC does not worked. Luckly the window are openable. The envoriment is also a really budget. The breakfast was catastropha. Actually disgusting. For one sleep was ok waiting for my flight but for that was too expensive. Better to go to a hostel to take one bed.

Lack of any toiletries

Very nice airport view, can see flights taking off and landing while almost no airplane noise. Very convenient traffic network around the hotel. L2 Tram to City center, close to a train station with frequent commuting trains to Cannes and Monaco, and very close to Terminal 1 of the airport.

Although there were clear No Smoking labels around the hotel and on the door of the room, there was a heavy smell of smoking inside the room. Several cigarette-ends remained between two windows. (There was a double-layered window, to keep quiet, the inside layer can be opened by the guest while the outside was fixed, cigarette ends and other rubbish were dropped between to layers.)
