Best views of Nice. We were blessed to have experienced such an amazing and historic property overlooking the city. Sunsets were absolutely sublime.

There were lots of pictures in bedrooms that were kind of uncomfortable to look at at night. There was an especially scary picture of a doll in one of the bedrooms, and my girlfriend had a hard time sleeping.

É um chateau dividido em vários, uns 8. Estavam reformando varios deles e a obra atrapalha. Pior é uma velhinha e seu filho estranho que gritam "get out", "this is not a hotel", tentando intimidar os guests. Essa versão Norman Bates seria scary se não fosse patética. Imobiliaria devia obter restraining order impedindo os imbecis de assediarem outros guests. Ruim para o negocio.

1. The pool is so small, was only suitable for kids swimming and not adults. Adults could only jump in to cool down but not able to swim around in the pool due to its size. The property is under renovations/areas of building under construction. It was like staying on a building site with work men making noise in the day. They should make customers aware and add a discount for the inconvenience.

the building was being renovated, the workers would start banging loudly at 7am every day. We asked for cleaning, no one provided it to us, for a week they never cleaned the house, did not change bedding and towels. It was absolutely dark around the house, in the evening it was scary and nothing could be seen. For such a high price, strict rules were sent to us, in which we had to almost do a general cleaning upon departure. Very strange service.You should inform guests that the building is being renovated, the price should change in connection with this

the facility is bit out dated.. the small room changed from a toilet is really not nice. Staff is not always reachable. refund of the deposit is very very slow.

Beautiful views and very romantic! Loved every minute of it. Right around the corner from beautiful hikes and close proximity to a good supermarket. Well equipped!

The cleaning of the outside, especially the pool, could be improved. We spent time to use the pool vacuum cleaner to get it really clean. Some glasses were not clean but otherwise nice. Would be lovely to have some proper sunbeds, then ones that are there do not have any mattress and one is broken.

The villa was out of this world and the location was simply stunning. The host was very friendly and amenable. Towel change service was provided. Local rocky beach was within walking distance and supermarket was only a two minute walk away. Excellent place to stay with family/friends. On local bus route with direct access to main Nice town and surrounding areas.

The location is incredible, 5 min walk to the beach, the supermarket across the road, the area is nice and safe. The view from the property is fantastic especially in the evening, you can spend the time enjoying the beautiful ever-changing sunset. Very good for a group, there is enough space for everyone, in the sitting area. Ther is a grand piano and plenty of board games. It was very easy to communicate with the host and he was very friendly.

Rooms in the main property were awkwardly positioned, access to bathrooms were shared. Only two bathrooms were in the main property. This is not a separate house, its part of a chateau, but we did not have any problems. It was very quiet and private. Was little difficult to find as the number of the address as it was not visible.
