Дуже сподобався готель. Приємний персонал. Чистий номер. Загалом дуже затишно. Великий плюс - парковка. Гаряча вода є в любу пору доби.

Не сподобалось лиш те, що не врахували що будемо жити прям під дахом, що з високим зростом не дуже зручно.

Зручне розташування. Приємний та ввічливий сервіс. Працівниця запропонувала для моєї такси мисочку на воду і корм, це суперзручно.

Неінклюзивний простір - немає ліфта, недоступно для людей з інвалідністю

the location and the staff are great

it was a bit loud due to the metro underground right next to the hotel, but it wasn't too bad. but with some additional noise from the building activities very close to the hotel, and some bathroom appliances weren't great, even though the room was freeshly renovated.

very warm and accommodating personnel. they made me tea at 10pm and coffee at 5am, allowed to change my room per my preference. kitchen is nice, interior is nice, rooms are nice. and just purrrrrrfect location.

Very comfy rooms, great location, nice touch: room with street view is equipped with disposable earplugs

Kitchen smell - please do something with it, smell is very strong on corridors and through vent in the bathroom

Clean, very nice interiors. we stayed in room with “internal” window, but it wasn’t problematic because of very well arranged room excellent staff

no noise isolation whatsoever
