Rooms were really clean and very spacious. The manager who met us at reception was lovely and really helpful. Location was great right on the lakeside.

location is excellent as long as you don’t mind a steep climb up to the apartment from the town. the staff are very friendly and helpful.

the apartment we had was not as well laid out as the one we had for our first stay. it was still comfortable but it didn’t have the small balcony that the first one had

Nothing actually but we only had soap as toiletries - shampoo and conditioner would've been nice to have. Just a side note: the property is situated in a hill top (short one though) which for us wasn't an issue, however needs to be considered if you want to walk back and forth to the city and you are not a fan of steep streets walk.

Stunning views have to come at a price which was a steep hill to climb but we just used Uber which were very quick and didn't mind the short trips

The view was great and the two bedrooms downstairs were well placed. We only saw a receptionist but she was lovely. The upstairs was great. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked..

We didn't like the position at the top of a seriously steep street. We had to Uber up and down adding cost. We weren't aware the apartments were unserviced which I felt was bad considering the price.

Extremely clean, neat and well equipped! Comfy and perfect for longer stays. A short walk to town but Turner Street is a short very steep slope of a road- perfectly fine for younger fitter crowd but less so for others. Each unit has its own carpark right next to the front door!

Not suitable if planning to walk to town and travelling with elderly, babies etc.

Amazing location, value for money, friendly and helpful staff, great size for a couple and facilities in the room.

Not a negative, just a heads up, but if you don’t have a rental the hill up to the accommodation is a goodie, but we got used to it after a couple of days.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and close to CBD. Short walk up a steep street is a trade off for the spectacular views.

May have been Recently painted and I found the smell overpowering, but hopefully it fades soon.

The view, the beds were comfy, the hot spa 👍🏻
