Hosts very friendly and helpful - even securing a free parking space for us. Quiet room overlooking nice gardens. Very convenient to take tram or bus into Prague center. Nice restaurants and cafe nearby.

Clean and big room

Doubtable service. When we tried to put our luggages there before checking in, which they agreed to beforehand, we also asked for toilet, and the staff said that there's only toilet in the rooms, which implied that we should check-in early and pay extra fee. Then we found out that right behind us was the shared toilet, and asked if this one was open, the staff agreed. Interesting. Also on the day we left, we asked if we can put our luggages there and pick up later, and the staff refused by saying they won't be here the rest of the day. Wasn't sure if this was true.

Everything - but the way the pension is run, by a dedicated and kind hostess who take pride in running a nice little family pension.

Nothing - we loved the place.

Eva was very nice and understanding (we forgot to bring the amount in cash but she arranged for us to make a bank transfer because of bad money exchange rates). she was caring and everything was very nice. the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, and big. the location is very nice. we really enjoyed our stay

comfortable beds, different details (tea, coffee, sugar cubes in the room ...), provided clean towels, spacious room with lots of natural lighting ...

location wasn''t as great as expected (about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the nearest metro/tram station although the tram line 17 takes you directly to Prague city centre; the host instructed us to park on the street in the so called "blue zones", where parking was fortunately free during our stay (the weekend), despite stating that the property has free private parking; tourist tax could not be paid in €, consequently a worse exchange rate in CZK; all things considered, I would advise to find accommodation with a better location for the same price

Pension Kliska was very clean and tidy, little noise and breakfast was nice and simple. Everything you needed was provided.

Mattress could have been a little more comfortable
