location was great, basic, had what I needed for a 3 night stay

cold showers at times, young lad on reception useless, very noisy early morning.

I like the bed inside the room and my travel earplugs. Thanks to these buddies I didn't hear the noise from the street and slept well.

Dissapointed about the "breakfast included" service. 2 persons together are limited up to 13 €, then you need to pay. The breakfast menu is on the basic level and limited as well. I was happy to visit the supermarket behind the corner and finish my breakfast there. Miss the bin or hangers in the room.

Wow this place was such a pleasant surprise!! The location was ideal, a 5 minute walk to the port and to San Antonio bus station where you can get the bus to most beaches and Ibiza town.Also it was near many restaurants, bars and mini markets. We definitely had options! The rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping came by every day to clean and change our towels too, there was an AC and a balcony which was great and the size of the room was very good. We didn’t choose the option with breakfast however we did eat breakfast at the hotel’s bar/restaurant downstairs every day, they had some amazing and very cheap options compared to the rest of the island. Coffee or tea with one breakfast item was 4€, burgers were under 5€ and beers were 2-2,50€. The hotel staff was the best, very kind and helpful all of them, they gave us some great recommendations especially about booking experiences!! Also on the day we checked out we were flying out late at night and they didn’t just keep our luggage so we could enjoy our last day, they also offered to let us shower and get ready in a separate room if we wanted to spend the day at the beach before we had to go to the airport!! I haven’t seen service like this in 4-5 star hotels. I’ll definitely revisit and suggest this place to anyone I know!!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The proximity to the bus station was far more important to us than distance to the beach. walking through the town to the attractions on the waterfront is short and pleasant.

All the employees were so amazing, willing to help and smily all day long. I appreciate a bit flexible check in and check out.

Our neighbors:) Someone threw out a box full of food from a balcony above us and got our clothes and balcony so dirty. Fortunately so kind cleaning woman has cleaned our balcony same day. We missed a (at least small) fridge at the room, it would be very useful.
