the beds are rock hard oh and it’s an expensive hotel and they charge you on top 5€ a day each for the use of a pool sunbed !!!

The food was excellent as were all the staff. It was very frustrating that you had to pay additional money for a sun-bed beside the hotel pool. You had to book them in advance and some guests booked the best beds out all day arriving to use them at 5pm - very frustrating. A bottle of water with dinner was €4.50 - very expensive and there was only one small lift for all the guests, this was totally inadequate.

Everything was perfect

Excellent breakfast. Parking is available at site. Perfectly located on the beach and private access. Very clean pool with 28°C water temperature. Amazing staff from reception to the service. We would definitely like to visit again.

Room size was a little small but not a big concern for us.

Personal was really kind and helpful, everything was clean, towels changed daily, food and drinks were really delicious. Location is perfect, promenade on the coast is perfect for running or for a long walks.

Rooms are a bit small, for couple it isn't a problem but I can't imagine one more person with luggage on an extra bed in the room. Also paying for sunbeds in front of a pool is a bit odd in a hotel like this.

great location, great breakfast, great beach service, friendly staff

room was quite small and extra bed via ladder only. This sticked out wide into the room and ladder partly covered TV / it was easy to hit the head on the extra bed.

Exceptional breakfast, great pool area (sun beds cost extra), located right at the beach. The staff is very friendly and we got a room with sea view! Loved the free bikes, great way to explore Jesolo.

The room was rather on the small side and especially the bed was could have been more comfortable. Spa and rooftop pool are closed at the moment unfortunately, but we got informed about that.
