slow restaurant, only 2 bed pillows, the rooms felt like a college cinderblock dorm, the showerhead was not working right, water went from cold to scalding hot without notice often. reception not available all night

The spa and sauna was the highlight of our stay. Booking one night we had access to the spa for both days which was nice. The hikes areound the hotel are really nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty and with a good variaty.

The hotel is on the expensive side, but it gives access to the sauna and spa!

Restaurant was extremely good. Never expected from this old school hotel. Breakfast was also brilliant.

only improvement could be the breakfast service, but not every one are morning people. The types of produce is very typical to the mountain area. unfortunately the vegetable was not very fresh but everything else was.

The hotel is beautifully located. The view is breathtaking. We had a nice time overall and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool facilities, they were modern, spacious and well designed.

It's very outdated and didn't provide a good value for money. It feels like it hasn't been renovated in over a decade and it shows on all the facilities. The dinner is extremely overpriced and falls below any standard of quality and taste. No alternatives around. The swimming pool opens one hour before check out, so it's impossible to go for a morning swim on your last day without stressing out (no soap in the pool showers, either).

The Spa is amazing and excellent food.

Waiter was clearly sick, had a dripping nose all the time and was serving food like this.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great thermal spa with stunning views - good value to be able to use it unrestricted on both check in and check out days. Food was good, lots of variety at breakfast. Staff were kind and welcoming.

For the price, would have liked a kettle/possibility for tea/coffee in the room.

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. Very beautiful location, nice thermal pool with exceptional view.

The staff were very friendly and kind, except one middle age man working in the Rigistubli restaurant. In the last day, we decided to have a coffee and a sweet in the afternoon. He was rude (It seemed that he didn't feel comfortable with dark hair people), almost throwing things on our table!!!

The location is absolutely breathtaking, the hotel is not the prettiest but is very well decorated and clean. The rooms were fine and bed was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite, both in the hotel and restaurant.

The bathroom was very small and I absolutely hated that the wash basin was not in the bathroom but in the room behind a glass screen. when I use the lavatory I prefer not to have to open a door to wash my hands. That may just be me being “spoilt” but there you go.
