Very nice view of the lake！

apartment was clean and location was good.

it wasn’t as advertised. the building and the room were nothing like the pictures shown. the location on Google maps did not match the actual location of the building. the key return policy risks leading the occupant to get locked in the building premises and the owner wouldn’t answer or respond to phone calls in emergency

Good location, close to center of town. Nice view of the lake.

Old building, musty smell, dark hall way. We stayed on the top floor, long walk up in dark halls. Very old room, many holes in walls. Very basic. Only soap bars were provided, no shampoo, no coffee, no tea. The apartment has washer, but detergente was not provided either. Not sure if I would recommend this place to any friend. I was a little scare, taken back at first because of the dark hallway, questionable safety.

Amazing view. Even in the loo! Easy self check in and check out. Quiet location. Very helpful owner with great communication. Lots of facilities. Big spacious room with lots of storage. Handy washing machine available. Comfy memory foam pillows.

It was very cold. Needed to put the heating on. Additional pillows would have been nice.

Great location just outside the historic center, great views, spacious, clean and comfortable, owner met us there on time and was very nice and accommodating

Certain lights in the apartment were not working.

A beautiful apartment in the centre of Bellagio, few steps from the lake, very convenient for people coming by car because offering a private parking garage. The best thing is a fantastic lake view while having a morning coffee😊😊😊

Where do I begin? No communication from the host. Messaged him 11 times. Nothing. Didn’t meet us on time. Periodically there was NO WATER. Lied about upgrade. Shower tiny. Bed was rock hard. No way to return keys.

The apartament was clean, they let us leave luggage before check in. Simple apartaments with beautiful view. Location a few minutes from ferry. Recommended if you want to stay in Bellagio

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and too large for sleeping. The extendable couch was uncomforable to sleep on.

Stunning view of the lake makes the apartment a joy. Large comfortable bed and good kitchen. Very short walk to the town centre. Helpful staff with great communication.

To get the view you do need to climb lots of stairs outside and inside but it's worth it.

Pictures of the flat do not match the appartement rental. Since the owner has several flats. You can rent it, but you don't know what you will get. Some equipment are broken (fridge, drawer, coffee machine, washing machine), some cutlery or plates are missing or in insufficient quantity.

We had a wonderful stay at Appartamenti il Sogno at Belaggio. It is located in a beautiful and quiet area, there's a wonderful view of Como lake from the living room. It is great location, there are shops, restorants and ferrys nearby. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious, warm, cozy and well equiped . It has a private parking place. The host gave us full instructions for everything and the communication was very easy. Warmly recommend it,Thank you for hosting us!

The owner sent me a video with exact instructions walking me from the ferry to finding the keys and entering the apartment. It was perfect. The place was huge, in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The views were also stunning.

I should have stayed longer

Location is really nice. Apartment is full of all required amenities like dishwasher, oven , stove , sandwich maker etc

there wasn’t a Wifi available, when I asked about it he was just ignored my messages. There wasn’t a coffee in the house, I understand it’s off season but at least an instant coffee for your guests to getting ready and preparing for checking out in the morning that would be great.
