Good location, close to the bus station and right in between two large shopping centres.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool as our son likes to swim. We were very disappointed to find that the pool was out of order (and looked like it had been for quite some time as the water was green) The gym also had equipment out of order. The pool and gym shouldn’t be listed as amenities if they are not able to be used. The rooms were quite old and ours had a strange smell. It felt a bit damp in the rooms too.

Breakfast is fine, but with more variety it will be more attractive.

Did not elevator or service person to take luggages upstairs.

All round pleasant experience. Rooms comfortable and clean, breakfast good. Staff always friendly and helpful

Comfortable, spacy, clean room with good beds. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Not too far from the bus terminal.

Some english (by more then 1 reception worker) would be handy for a big hotel that works with international tourists.

Good location with easy access to city center. Wide corridors, sky lights, decorations and indoor gardens (even if some needed attention) make for a airy and fresh feel when walking around inside the hotel. Starbucks in front of the hotel a definite plus.

Airconditoner lights make it hard to sleep and if that is not enough the airconditioner started dripping water. Buffet breakfast luke warm and poorly prepared (love Mexican food but not this). The restaurant lacks any atmosphere while the bar is nothing more than a refrigerator and a couple of tables in the passage way to the restaurant.
