Wifi broke and promised will be on soon but never happened .
Shower are not hot at all , only a little warm pretty much no hot water
Towel were smell bad , stained all over the pillow and bed sheet

4. Hotel parking only have 2 but beside when we ask the front desk they told us can park Then we no need to park so far from the hotel.😍
I booked an executive River view, at night the view was awesome❤️lovely.

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and were lucky enough to get a parking spot outside. If you can, I would recommend a river view room, the bed we had was the biggest I have ever slept in. A recommended hotel.

nothing , it’s too smelly the room , dirty , bathroom storage broken and stain , bedsheets dirty , the room it’s not worth this price at all , with those kind of smell inside the room .,
too smelly room , requested large bed , but provide me single double beds , air condition leaking

Excellent riverside big corner balcony n thumb up for the comfortable super king size is wonderful. Amenities all is well for need. Just i wonder since all full amenities why cant provide a small fridge. This is very inconvenient since i been stay twice here only this always made me frustrating

Room view are excellent facing the river. Location is good walking distance to Jonker Street.
However the balcony and the cups in the room a bit dusty. Parking in the hotel is limited.

I like it All except the noisy came from open karaoke downstairs(from hotel itself). It is okey if the lowered the volume and not until midnight.

Room doesn't have river view as advertised.
Wallpaper was falling off and the walls had mold. One crack had a plant growing out of it, rather disgusting.

Furnitures looked okay but really old.

The lobby is so dull. No lighting at all. No decoration n not attractive at all. Shud reserve more than 2 parking

This hotel has seen better days. post Covid, there are no facilities like breakfast restaurant and room service. no proper welcome by staff

Location is facing the melaka river
NO PARKING...Only 2 parking space available & had to wait for its availability...otherwise have to park far away or public parkung in front of the hotel where its also challenging to get...so it's very inconvenience especially for family.

no breakfast provided,very dirty inside the room,no any extra pillow and blanket provided when we ask
