The hotel does not meet 5* standards as this must have been a 4* previously. The rooms are tight and amenities aren't great Lack of breakfast selection. Fixtures and fittings were poor we moved rooms the first night due to a faulty air conditioner that was loud and would not change it's temp or speed. Second room, the bathtub was blocked and had to call out the engineer

Tight room, poor quality fixtures, broken light switches No walk in shower which should be present for 5* Escalator to reach the reception as soon as you walk in it's not welcoming like a hotel should be

-The location is great and near to Al-Haram -Staff were nice especially Amani from reception , Reda from restaurant and the luggage guy.

The room service knocked my door while I’m sleeping by mistake which quite pissed me off as this had repeated twice

جميع موظفي الفندق كانوا لطفاء و متعاونين. الكابتن رضا مسؤول المطعم و طاقم المطعم كانوا ممتازين و الاكل كذلك. الاخت امل في علاقات الضيوف كانت جدا متعاونة عامل النظافة كإن دائمآ في الخدمة. كل الموظفين كانوا لطفاء و متعاونين موقع الفندق و قربه من الحرم و نظافته كل شئ كان جميل نشكر جميع موظفي الفندق على لطفهم و خدمتهم

Mohammad Reza was very welcoming and helpful during breakfast.

Our Uber driver struggled to find the hotel but I think the main reason was road closures

Pour un 5 étoiles, le service offert laisse à désirer. Par exemple il y’avait de l’eau qui tombait de la climatisation à plusieurs reprises j’ai demandé que cela soit réparé mais rien a été fait.

Clean and spacious rooms. The bell attendant Shamshad was very helpful.

Property is at the center, very convenient to navigate around. The staffs were kind and helpful. Will surely rebook this property in my next visit In Sha Allah.

Perfect Location and near from everything. 2 min from Al Masjed Al Nabaoui wich is enough time to reach Al Masjed after you hear the Athen from the window. 3 Min from AlSouk for shopping. Few steps from the city sightseeing bus station. Just in front of Masjed Abubakr Alsadik and Masjed Al Ghamamah which is really an amazing view from the window. I loved the location. Warmwelcoming Personal: Amazing polite and kind personal. They check on you all the time if you need anything. Comfort: king bed room. The bed is comfortable and the room large enough. Coffee water and tea always available. I also liked the dattes available in the reception every day. This Hotel will be always my choice everytime.
