Only the location. The only advantage is that it’s right in front of Masjid e Nabvi gate

They are super slow. No one responds if you need anything m. For little things you have to wait for hours. There is no laundry and washing machine wasn’t working after following up for two days a person came 1 hour before the check out. Despite telling them about umrah and all no one came. No one helped with luggage. Either they are under staffed or the staff doesn’t care about the guests.

The Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rest everything is miserable and the worst you can expect. The customer service is atrocious. They are not doing business, its only Greedy money making (Making a property once and for all and just take advantage of the location and make money without caring about everything else).

Eevrything. Worst stay ever in Madinah. I dont even know where to start. From customer service to cleanliness, to the room size to the dirty and leaking bathrooms, everything bad imaginable.

everything except location. what you see online is that what youre given. i actually went in person to check the hotel prior to booking and they showed me a close to a 5 star suite. upon check in we were given a barely 2 star room. ive got photos to proof it. no proper access to toilet seat for real. my niece slept in the haram coz of how dirty it was. we were ripped off. booking.com wasnt much help either. ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
