Staff are nice and helpful. Also the Breakfast is good.

the hotels location was good , within the first ring road in close walking proximity to the Prophet's Mosque. The room was large and comfortable with all the amenities . housekeeping did a splendid job of keeping the room clean, tidy and replenished daily. the suhoor/breakfast in the restaurant had a variety of food dishes and was well stocked .

the check in procedure was long and exhausting. even after a long-wait, the room i booked was not ready . the receptionist was rude and not able to understand english well. After requesting to speak to the manager mr. Shahabudeen he managed to solve it for me. the bed and pillows was too firm and not comfortable although we had dinner included the hotel offered us Suhoor /breakfast the elevators were overwhelmed by the amount of people and there was a long wait to ride them.

كل شي جميل الغرفة ،دورة المياة ،الأسرة، القرب من الحرم ،سهولة الوصول للفندق لنا عودة لهذا المكان بإذن الله

سبب واحد وان شاء الله مايتكرر وهو التأخر بإستلام الغرفة

موقعه والموظفين كانو ودودين خاصه البنات في الاستقبال

السرير يصدر صوت مع اي حركه وغير مريح

اعجبني موقع الفندق فقط وقربه من المسجد النبوي الشريف

١- موظف الاستقبال حتى كلمة اهلا وسهلا لم يقل وكان استقباله جاف جدا ٢- اصوات الانذار في البهو لم تتركنا ننام الليل اما هي اصوات الحمولة الزادة للمصاعد او اصوات انذار اختبار الحريق ٣- عند محاولة الاتصال في ادارة الفندق او الاستقبال لايقاف الاصوات المزعجة لا احد يجيب على اي اتصال او اي رقم من الارقام الموجودة على الهاتف

Ils ont annulé ma réservation par motif je devais rentrer avant 18h. J’ai du payer une chambre triple pour 1 nuit, et j ai refais une réservation encore !!

The hotel is fully equipped with excellent facilities, and everything is more than good and clean. The cleanliness of the rooms, in particular, is excellent, and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful throughout. The welcome is very pleasant.

staff response, i had called for maintenance repairs team came after 2 hrs . phones to reception, were not answered had to go down to complain many times. really disappointed

Excellent location just 2 mins walk to haram. Good customer service- My room had sink issue and it was attended immediately I was allowed late checkout.
