The staff where breakfast was served. Quite rude in general. Last year the coffee at the reception was free, now they charge for it; which left me with a sour taste. The bathroom doors, OMG!! Why did they make them with a big gap on the top and bottom??

Modern, clean and functional room and facilities in a superb location.

Poor service. Hotel has a restaurant, but they will not serve you unless you book in advance. You would expect a >300$/night hotel to offer their guests a restaurant service without the need to book, or at least to announce it very clearly. To our surprise, a not very pleasant lady didn't allow us in the restaurant and my 2 kids and I had to drive to another village few km away to have dinner (not many options available at walking distance, just a pizzeria). Again, wonderful rooms and facilities, poor service.

Facilities, quality of fixtures and fittings

The view from hotel room and balcony was breathtaking. Smooth and quick check in, 3 times out of 3. Rooms are nice and comfy.

Parking is a bit down the hill, but it's ok. There's the possibility to load/unload the car at front door. Spa gets busy and there's no mgmt around to re-set the common areas. I would avoid it during the weekend or I would go early to anticipate busy time.

The hotel was very modern and well equipped.

Although obviously recently renovated it was very empty when we were there, and therefore rather soulless, particularly as the check-in was automated and impersonal.

Great location, interesting format - this hotel is (mentally and physically) connected with Catholic Church. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was not really various and tasty. Wifi did not work in the room. There are automatic light switches in the room's WC and hallway so it is impossible to us it or go outside without turning on light - very uncomfortable and strange decision. Also ventilation was quite loud at night and there were no way to turn it off.

There is no reception, breakfast finish at 9:15 ? And there is no privicy in the toilet inside the room!

The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy at the front of the hotel.

The breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. They were disgruntled that we had arrived 10 mins towards the end of the breakfast slot. They had clearly stopped replenishing the food so our breakfast options were slim, and they were clearing quickly away around guests who were still eating. When we asked for cutlery they reminded us that breakfast ended in 10 minutes as if we had to be out of the restaurant in 10 minutes. The hotel needs to rethink their breakfast time, if staff think that their work is over at the end of the breakfast window then that time needs to shift. We were made to feel rushed and unwelcome over breakfast, which was a shame as we were having a lovely break up until this point.

The room was nice and pleasantly decorated. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful especially there are many brands of yogurt that I could try out.

The location was not very convenient. After exiting the train station, I had to climb all the way to the hotel. I thought the road was flat but it turned out that the slope was steep with many edges and turns. I was expecting toothpaste and toothbrush but none of these was available so I had to buy from the store. The quality of food for lunch and dinner was below average with that price tag. I am an avid traveler to many countries and the food was really not up to my taste.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the room was extremely clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delightful.

The cheese tasted like it was from the foot of a corpse. The church bells ringing at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Nice interiors, nice view, very clean, new building and friendly staff.

There is no check in counter and no phone in the room. There was no AC we had to open the balcony and then wasps started flying inside the room. All the staff leave the hotel at night, if you need something you have to go to the reception to call them and they will simply tell you that they can’t help because everyone has left. limited breakfast options.
